Super pitches with privacy screen (hedge or structural separation) shower houses kept super clean and modern. Once again my personal thanks to the... cleaning staff who keep the shower houses clean. They do a great job (maybe it's because the staff are kept on).
Entertainment available for all guests. The reception is very friendly, the sanitary facilities are exemplary after the renovation and new construction and the location almost directly on the Baltic Sea is beautiful with many cycle... paths to explore the wider area. There is also a supermarket on the campsite where you are well supplied.

Without a car you are lost.Summer 2024Our pitch was difficult to navigate due to a storm. Unfortunately they couldn't (wouldn't?) move us.
Card payments are not accepted on almost the entire island. Bus connections to other towns are very rare. Three days a week, an 8-seater bus goes to Burg and back three times.

The caravan was also in very good condition. No complaintsNegativnoThe opening hours of the market. Closing at 5pm is too early. Those arriving a little later no longer have a chance to buy a little something to eat or drink. The boatman has lost a lot of its appeal. It's now more of a snack bar than a restaurant. That's a great pity! What I didn't understand was that there is no more coffee at the beach snack bar!!!? I also liked the Festwiese better when it was still in family hands. Lots of dogs in the bathing area. So not on the designated dog beach.FeedbackThe campsite is still excellent, apart from the points mentioned above. It could be even better here.
