I deposited both at the reception!Good locationActually a beautiful place. Unfortunately, the cleaning team rattles around the site at 6 o'clock in the morning. Sleeping is out of the question. The pitches are well sized. We find the bushes as a boundary to the next plot a bit of a shame - not really nice. Very friendly and courteous staff.NegativnoThe view of the neighboring village of Ennetbürgen with its many chunky terraced houses.TOP CampsiteThe campsite is very clean and well maintained. Naturally, the sanitary facilities are too. We recommend the VIP and Premium pitches, which are only slightly more expensive than the standard pitches. VIP and Premium pitches are larger, more beautifully situated and separated by bushes.
The staff are... extremely friendly and courteous.
Wonderful hiking trails, which are well signposted, are available. Cycling is also possible on the plain. Dogs are welcome.
A very well-stocked supermarket is in the immediate vicinity.
The only downside is that the view of the neighboring village of Ennetbürgen is not so nice.
Several rows of clunky houses with terraced apartments have been built there, which don't fit in at all with the beautiful Swiss landscape. Even locals complained about it. In addition, another row of this type of house is to be built above the current alpine meadows. It is hard to understand which building authority would approve this disfigurement of the otherwise beautiful surroundings.
The mountain scenery on the Buochs side, on the other hand, is magnificent and fits wonderfully into the landscape with the mountain meadows, farms and hiking trails.

The campsite is also very well located as a starting point for day trips. These accommodations are incredibly practical and thoughtfully furnished - and also very pretty and charming. The campsite itself left nothing to be desired. We thought it was great that the site is not... huge, has access to the lake via the free bathing area and also has top facilities. We particularly liked the barbecue areas with barbecues that can be turned into the wind. The sanitary facilities are also modern, clean and really nice - a feel-good factor. From Thursdays to Sundays, the local baker comes to the site with a wide range of products. There are two large and good supermarkets within walking distance.
The staff are very friendly and help with any questions.
