You can be in the town in 7 minutes by bike. (Good shopping facilities). The pitches are okay, some with slopes!
However, pitches can be changed easily. If you book a pitch without water, the paths can be a bit long. Good walking paths, our dogs liked it. The site is right on the Baltic Sea with a beautiful beach - unfortunately the water was far too cold for us...
The site is very busy, so it's always very full here. The sanitary facilities are therefore always... in use - unfortunately not enough in our opinion. The condition of the toilets and showers should also be revised - 3 min showers for 5 kr is unfortunately not acceptable.

Beautiful footpaths on the other side along the stream through the forest (dogs!) to the attractive harbor town of SimrishamSamodejno prevedeno.

The campsite is located behind a dune directly on the sea, is well maintained and has mostly flat and spacious pitches, there are also a large number of motorhome pitches with electricity. The large sanitary building... has several shower and toilet facilities for men and women, is up to modern standards and was clean during our stay (cleaned at least twice a day). Beautiful beach, children's play equipment, mini golf, outdoor pool, kiosk with fast food and a beautiful walking and cycling path left a very positive impression on us, we will certainly visit this place again.Samodejno prevedeno.

So we had to change our plans and ended up here. We didn't regret it. Everything was perfect here and we were able to choose a nice big pitch. It wasn't the first row by the sea, but the water wasn't far away either. It's a bit... of a walk to the town (about 2 km) but it's worth it - nice little harbor and beautiful town center. The sanitary facilities were well equipped and always clean. A small grocery store had everything you needed. I can happily do without animation and similar nonsense - it was also quiet here on the pitch (as on most Swedish pitches, by the way). We felt very comfortable here.Samodejno prevedeno.

Overall, we can give the site a good rating. By Swedish standards, the sanitary facilities are some of the best we've seen in Sweden so far. The location right by the sea is very nice. The pitches are sufficiently large and mostly... flat. Electricity connection directly at the pitch, but we had to walk a bit for water. But I personally didn't mind. However, the pitch is very expensive at € 40 per night including electricity. The main road passing by is clearly audible. The small supermarket offers the essentials. Simrishamn is very easy to reach by bike or on foot. There are supermarkets, a harbor and a few stores for tourists. All in all, a place that we have neither good nor bad memories of. It was OK for passing through, but not for us for a longer stay. It was too big, too loud and, above all, too expensive ... and somehow lacked the charm that would make us want to come here again.Samodejno prevedeno.

Have booked in advance the week before solstice June 18-20, 2018 thought it was busy was not so only the week after solstice the campsites are full. Very nice staff and beautiful place. The whole beach is very... wide and very nice sandy long to the north and empty Optimal for building sandcastles, to the south you can quickly walk to the harbor and the city center very nice to stroll.Samodejno prevedeno.
Alexander K.June 2018PozitivnoGreat beach with lots of peace and quiet on the pitch.Great location and lots of peace and quietWe ended up here on the spur of the moment as we didn't like another campsite nearby. We had a free choice of pitches and quite a large selection. We opted for a more expensive pitch in the first row to the beach and didn't regret it. The pitches here are very large and we had access to the beach 20m... from the pitch (separated by a garden gate and fence). Despite this proximity, it was super quiet as there wasn't much going on on the beach either. Even when the campsite filled up, it was still very quiet and you could only hear the sound of the sea. The sanitary facilities are all within easy reach, as are the flushing and disposal stations. They were always clean and we never had to queue. Place behind a dune directly on the sea. Pitches prescribed but large enough. All relatively flat. (Grass floor) Sanitary facilities modern and clean. Shower must be paid extra (5 crowns) per use.
