In and of itself quite ok
We spent 4 days before Easter on the pitch at the entrance for motorhomes which are very nicely laid out, sanitary facilities in the area are brand new, but completely misplanned whoever was there first was still lucky!!!! The next person to enter the sanitary facilities was standing in puddles with... water running down the walls, toilet, toilet paper, mirror, sink and floor were all under water :-(
The crowning glory came at check-out, when you check in you pay a €50 deposit from which the electricity consumption is then deducted, I had to pay an additional €16. According to your figures, which you couldn't check, I would have used €66 worth of electricity. I have never experienced that anywhere else!!! A complete rip-off, I use between 4 and 9 Kw a day depending on how much I heat, I've never used more in all these years. With them it was 22Kw. I could say what I wanted, but it fell on deaf ears. Then I paid and drove. To put it in a nutshell, NEVER AGAIN. Hope the people on the caravan sites have better luck.

Very nice, well-kept small pitch, partly with its own sanitary building. the other sanitary building is very well equipped. lots of showers. small children's showers. and baby bathtub Washbasins and dishwasher Washing machine and dryer small but great playgrounds Goal wall and table tennis. close to the town and the lake fresh bread rolls from 8 am and a small store would love to come back again

the pitches and paths are a bit narrow, a bit of maneuvering with a large trailer unfortunately a little further than 15 minutes from the beach

We spent a lovely Whitsun there with 5 people and our 7.32 cm long Tinkerbell

Classic campsite that is mainly designed for diving groups.
If you are looking for flexibility outside of booking templates, you should call and a solution will always be found. No rigid booking weeks.
We once booked one of the group houses for a manufacturer event. The facilities in the houses for handling... groups were excellent. No room for couples who want to enjoy the sunset by the dunes in the evening.
We also booked one of the apartments privately with our dog.
The location in the village and the proximity to the beach were great.

Cleanliness of the sanitary facilities
Ok for a weekend
We were there at Whitsun. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to sleep properly that weekend, but you know that it gets noisy on a weekend like that. But what is not at all good is the condition of the sanitary facilities. Very outdated, not properly clean, showers cost 50 cents and you have to bring your own toilet paper. For the price you can at least expect toilet paper. Reception was friendly.

Okay for a short trip
A beautifully situated campsite, between the beach and the pretty town of Renesse. Both can be reached quickly on foot. We've been there for the third time now, as it's easy to get a pitch even at short notice. The small store is only open in the mornings, but you can buy the essentials there, even in... small quantities. However, the sanitary facilities are not at all good. Outdated and dirty. The squeegees in the shower were there three years ago and you pay 50 cents for hot water when showering. The urinal is tiled and totally impractical. The entrance is also not illuminated.

...Here on the once 3-star site you will find today only a large construction site, roads defective, poor unlit paths (the lighting should be new), sanitary facilities (under all canon, after cleaning the dirt is always perfectly distributed (this has nothing to do with cleaning), the service well (criticism... is accepted, but nothing changes) The 2 Muske (l) tiere (groundskeepers) like to drive with the battery-powered golf cart over the course - if they did this only half as much and would instead take care of their job, it could look much better. They use sticks to try and clear the blocked toilet, and ignore the garbage and dirt on the course. In front of the reception it looks like a highway exit. The area is not even swept. In the Bariton (restaurant) the weeds are growing cm high out of the joints. They want €9.50 for an amateur pizza and €8.50 for a portion of spaghetti bollonaise. It all doesn't add up. I still have an annual pitch at Vakantiepark Schouwen, but I don't know how much longer. Enough of the bad criticism, the two sisters should urgently think about how they plan their logistics and cleaning as well as keeping the facility in order for the future. Thank you tot ziens
