"We probably won't come back again. - I have been coming here with my 2 boys (11,16) for 9 years (except 2020 and 2021) and we have always felt very comfortable. That wasn't the case this time. Everything is deteriorating more and more, the water slide is out of order because it is too old, there are no bars or snack stands directly in the campsite. Garbage containers are overfilled so there is garbage everywhere. I only saw the cleaning service for the toilet/shower facilities once during our entire stay of 9 nights. Often no toilet paper left early in the morning and in the evening. At a snack bar next door they threw us (and others) out straight away and said they were closed (all day even though the lights were on and there was an open sign outside the door?). Nobody speaks proper German. Holidaymakers who speak German are also almost nowhere to be found (my 11 year old was faddish because he had no German-speaking playmates). Very loud at night, lots of drunks climbing over the fence. Security service? - You look in vain! This place is visited almost exclusively by Hungarians, guests from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It's ideal for groups of young people on drinking trips, as the nightlife of Siofok isn't that far away either. Price was ok for 99.600,-Ft for 1 adult and my 2 boys plus tent and VW bus for 9 nights. Staff could really be friendlier!

"It's a bit retro, but easily accessible. - It was not too bad, but I think Zamárdi is much better on this part of the coast. I got the feeling that the operator thinks that tourists come even if they do nothing.

"Simply terrible - The only good thing about the place were the operators of the beach bar. Hygiene is a foreign word cleaning staff only on the cell phone. Security drunk even in the evening. Reception rude and unfriendly. Restaurant catastrophic. All in all just bad. But very good for youth groups because there are more than enough of them. Drinking and bawling without end. No thanks never never again aranypart

"Disaster - We booked Haus Rosa for 2 weeks. The house costs 2100 euros and is in catastrophic condition. It is advertised for 8 people, but the equipment is not designed for this! The showers are moldy. Everything you touch breaks. The chairs on the terrace are falling apart. It is also not mentioned anywhere that only half the house is rented, every noise can be heard from the neighbors. The pictures on the internet are fake or taken 40 years ago. There is no internet, the free wifi is non-existent. Please do not book!

"Hands off, very unfriendly, outdated, unkempt, unprofessional - Facility is in an unkempt and old condition, website does not reflect reality. Staff rude and does not respond to booking confirmation. After requesting the supervisor, same attitude, demanded proof, only after showing the e-mail traffic was searched for it in their own PC. Then after a long wait and discussion, a suggestion was offered. In my opinion, not customer-friendly behavior. The allocated pitch was then not free, although it had to be vacated by 1200, we were only able to enter the pitch at 1700. They let us talk for as long as we wanted, they didn't meet us, we didn't feel taken seriously. Sanitary facilities very unkempt, the remains of others were still visible the next day, in the showers the shower heads were partly defective or missing completely. Water doesn't drain properly, you're standing in your own juice. It gets very noisy in the evening, no one ensures peace and order, it was not possible to get a good night's sleep before 2330 to 2400. The slide is in an outdated condition and the water in it has not been cleaned for a long time. On departure we were not shown or given a bill before payment, we were only shown the amount to be paid on a calculator. This made it impossible for us to understand the amount, as we were told a different amount in the booking confirmation. After a long back and forth, they wrote the amount on a slip of paper. Now suddenly a different amount came out than the one previously shown on the calculator !!!!! Very unprofessional . If you are looking for a well-kept, quiet site with friendly staff where you feel well looked after, you should stay away from this site. The site advertises at the entrance that it is inspected annually by ACSI. I wonder if this is true or what is going on here? This site should be checked by professionals and, given the condition we found it in, should not be recommended. I myself am an ACSI card holder and trust the recommendations. This is true in many cases, but not at all on this site.

"Were disappointed with our vacation - We were on vacation in Hungary in August 17. Arrived in Aranypart after a 10 hour drive. When we went to reception, we got our first shock. The staff couldn't speak German, not even partially. As we were there before 12 noon, we had to pay a fee of €5 per person, something we have never experienced anywhere else. THE fee is apparently charged arbitrarily, because my sister also came too early, didn't have to pay anything (had a bungalow - admission from 3 p.m., but arrived at 11 a.m.) We had booked our pitch months in advance and it was already free. When we saw the pitch, it was full in the sun and there were others available. The next shock we got was when we saw Dur sanitary facilities. They were like 30 years ago, unkempt and dirty, we have no problem with old sanitary facilities but dirty ones are not acceptable. The rest of the staff was always very friendly and helpful. The animation for children was also ok. Shopping was only possible by car, in the park only small stores for the essentials. The grounds were very well maintained. WATER for showering either cold (in the evening), otherwise hot and difficult to regulate (in the afternoon).
