"It was nice... - Overall, we found our stay very pleasant. There is always something to complain about, you can never please everyone but we always make the best of it. We had a great view from the caravan. As we were there over Easter, the site was only crowded at the weekend and otherwise you really had your peace and quiet. You can easily get to the neighboring villages by bike or on foot.

"Very nice small campsite on a white Baltic Sea beach - Camping am Dünengelände is a quiet, beautiful and not too large campsite with plenty of space in an ideal location by the Baltic Sea. Situated on the Baltic Sea cycle path, it offers simple accommodation even without your own tent.

"Once and no repetition - Not recommended, the paths were icy on arrival. In the red area is the through road from Zinnowitz to Zempin, impossible for anyone to pass. The plots small, our car did not fit on it with the caravan with awning, it seems overall that every meter of space is used to get as many on it as possible. Sanitary facilities were clean but outdated. The wash house has no drain or sink to empty the tank from the dryer.

"Nice location, nothing more - After we had no TV on the third day (some previous writers have already discussed this) we decided to leave this campsite early. One of the receptionists told me on departure that the campsite's satellite system had been faulty for some time. A technician supposedly could not be reached. The location of the campsite is so....naja. Very small, narrow pitches (so that many paying guests can be accommodated). The cycle/walking path leads across the pitch in the red area. The sanitary facilities can be described as satisfactory with a lot of goodwill. The showers in the men's area are approx. 90 cm narrow. A plastic stool serves as a shelf. 15 second showers cost 6 cents. The money charged MUST be "showered off" as it is not refunded on departure. Incidentally, one wash house was closed when the campsite was almost full. The barrier system is a challenge for drivers of large motorhomes. The co-driver may have to get out to hold the "Dongel" in the space provided so that the barrier opens. Finally, I would like to point out that we booked 10 days in April and left after 3 days. We were allowed to fill out a slip of paper on which, among other things, the account details were deposited. The very friendly and committed employee pointed out that we might get our money back if the pitch was rented out. So if someone has rented pitch R 16 in the period from 16.09.2021..... I guess I can write off the money. Conclusion: This pitch has shortcomings and will no longer be used by us. We then drove to Laboe. Campsite on the cliffs. Prepayment. Money booked on the shower gel. We left a day early because of a storm. We got our money back without any problems.

"Be careful with the deposit - I have been going to this beautiful campsite for over 20 years. Whether tent, fin cabin, caravan or pod. We have always been very satisfied. Only this year I was told that even after 3 months my deposit would not be refunded and as I had paid for 2 weeks, I was hit twice. All requests for a refund were ignored. I would like to warn other vacationers. For me, the vacation had a bad aftertaste.

"Beautiful place - The site is beautifully situated on the Baltic Sea. The dog beach is perfect (even nicer than the normal one, as there are fewer stones in the water). The pitches are sufficient, but sometimes not big enough if you want to put up a tarp. The sanitary facilities were clean, but no longer up to date. Both washbasins in the men's toilet were broken. Overall, the place could do with some cosmetic repairs. The staff were very nice.
