Outdated sanitary facilities, no light at night, littered hut, for me a farm looks different, flowers and animals are missing, somehow time has stood still.

The site is outdated, offers no comfort, sanitary facilities: old showers, toilets in the car like at a folk festival, washing up possible in the shower room, the site is relatively sloping which is not so suitable for tents. Catering difficult in the surrounding area.

Very uneven meadow, very basic sanitary facilities
Well suited as a pitch for one night
Remote site but close to Kelheim, Regensburg, Altmühltal. It is a pitch on an uneven meadow on a farm.
There are cats and probably some chickens.
We didn't see a playground.
Quiet, but the main road is audible. Aircraft noise from time to time.
View of the Danube? No
Toilets in a container. No lighting... in front of and on the way there.
Showers and sinks in a room in the residential building. Showers for men, then sinks, then showers for women. Very poorly planned.
There is a covered seating area with an old beer set and a few old chairs.
Good for a stopover but nothing more.
We were out and about during the day and were told to occupy our spot with chairs so that the operators would know that this was our spot.
We did, but when we returned in the evening our pitch was occupied.....

30 € for a night without electricity is far too expensive for such a pitch with these facilities

There are none for us.
Very nice campsite.
Camping on a farm is a great thing here. Not far from Kelheim and Regensburg. The surroundings are beautiful. We're already looking forward to spring. Fishing is the ultimate for me, I'm in the right place here. And you have absolute peace and quiet here. The campsite owners are really very friendly, it's fun to be here. Everything is very clean, we feel very comfortable here.

The site is conveniently located on the Danube cycle path. The local beer garden was open at the weekend.

Space is far too full. No price display.
Price not justified
We certainly wouldn't have been any tighter on the pitch in Kelheim. And to charge €30 a night (2 adults, VW bus, without electricity) for that is hefty.

No reasonable water supply on the site / i.e. also gray water disposal
The stars are not fair
No proper briefing on the course, where can I find what? No data collection, (Corona) ? Gray water disposal is not possible on the site. One tap for water. We will not come back there!

Always worth a recommendation
We have been to this site several times. Our desired motorhome pitch was made possible, tents and mobile home for the rest of the family, fishing license and boat rental after timely reservation also no problem. Swimming lake with direct access only for campsite users in the immediate vicinity, yet very quiet place with mixed user group. We have booked again and will be there again soon...

Simply camping - uncomplicated.
Camping directly on the farm. Close to nature and friendly.
We received a very friendly welcome from the farmer himself. The location is beautiful right on the farm with some permanent campers and plenty of space. WC and showers on the farm - simple and clean. Highly recommended.

The toilets are an imposition
Old farm that is run listlessly
We did not pre-book the campsite and were therefore greeted grumpily by the manager, although the campsite was only occupied by 2 WW. Also unusual, if you do not pay immediately you should leave your identity card as a deposit. The pitch is ok so far and the way to the Danube over a broken garden gate... with unpaved slope (recommended by the boss) about 100m. On the pitch a water tap that is usually blocked by campers and electrical connections that are mostly reminiscent of the century before last. The site is not illuminated in the dark and the so-called toilets are adventurous to reach. For the men's toilet there is one toilet with glasses and one without glasses, right next door 2 shower cubicles, there are no PCs! Absolutely negative that the women can only reach their toilet and shower through the men's toilet. When the campsite is at full capacity and there are about 50 permanent campers, this is an imposition !!! The place in the back garden for disposing of faeces is just as adventurous and takes some getting used to. When we asked on departure that we had to pay for 2 more days because we stayed longer, there was hardly any interest and we did not receive a receipt either when we first booked or after departure. The only thing that made up for it was the fantastic surroundings with their nature and friendly people outside the campsite. My recommendation, in an emergency yes..........

Thank you for taking the time to write a review.

Our campsite is not equipped with a barrier, which is why we unfortunately, due to bad experiences, have to take something as a deposit if payment is not made on arrival.

Unfortunately, the garden gate cannot be better secured because the... property is outside the town of Kelheim. Of course, there is also a paved road to the Danube - but the path is longer.

The site is only illuminated in the paved part so that you are not disturbed during the night.

50 permanent campers, that would be nice. At the moment we have about 15 permanent pitches, most of which are equipped with sanitary facilities.

We are happy to issue receipts on request.

You can clearly hear the nearby main road day and night!
Farm camping
This site fulfills all expectations and prejudices for and against camping on a farm. The sanitary facilities are where you would expect them to be, in an old stable or barn, tinkered into the space but functional. The ladies' area is only accessible through the men's area, and there is also a dishwashing... facility. Everything was clean and in order. There is a fairly flat meadow for tents and a slightly sloping meadow area for motorhomes and caravans. Next to it is a secluded area for numerous permanent campers. But you don't get in each other's way. It is possible to spend the night on straw, which was particularly popular with cyclists on the Danube cycle path. The farm offers bread rolls and even a good breakfast buffet if you book in advance in the evening. The site is conveniently located for visits to Kelheim and Regensburg. It caters for short-term guests and travelers passing through.

Unfortunately, the good transport links also have their downsides and you can hear them on the large meadow

On the orchard meadow, however, it can hardly be heard at all, as several rows of houses form a "noise barrier".
