Reception very helpful and speak good English. Very nice all day breakfast at the bar.verylocal to Benidorm and shopping. Only problem which wasent sites fault was the resident was a car had parked on there pitch but... was sticking out onto the road and they had gone back home so couldent use the exit route as had a big rig so the staff came down and went in front of me and took me up the entrance route Thanks for your help.
- Michele R.February 2025PozitivnoShowersNegativnoSize of pitchPitch too small but great site otherwisePitch much too small for 7.5m motorhome……site states it’s 60m2 for white pitch, however even reception admits it’s 6.4 x 8.5 max which is 54.4m2. No refunds & you have to pay up front!
That said, the site itself is well looked after & showers powerful. Nice cafe bar at front of site & about 10 mins... to big supermarket. 45 min walk to Albir & about the same to Benidorm. Wrist bands for entry on & off site. Also for entry into showers & toilets too. We paid extra 19€ for 3 nights for showers (allowed 5 min max per day) & electric but got 10€ back when we left? Not sure how it all works tbh.

Well as for the weather that was beautiful.
We spent almost two weeks in dust and dirt and noise pollution due to the changes to the ttoilet building which is now not finished. Glad we left. Had to intervene ourselves otherwise we would not have had invalidentolet with hot... water. Everything would be rigorously shut down whole building. Now the ladies showers remained open and the dishwashing facility.
There is only thought of money there.
Reception very unfriendly because the batches are not working properly.
There was no excuse from the management.
Worthless.
Understand that this has to happen but can also be done in another way.
Make a reservation and pay a large deposit. When you arrive pay the rest.
Do you want to leave a few days earlier because you are sick? While you are there a few months.
We will not return have found other nice campsite where it is differently regulated.
Other years we got a paella afternoon free with drinks.
Now pay 7 euros per person and you could not bring your own drinks.

- Isabella K.January 2024Camping BenisolWhere should I start, the campsite is well maintained, all employees were always nice and had an open ear. German was also spoken, the bosses are of German descent. The sanitary facilities were cleaned several times a day and are in good condition. A new sanitary facility has just been opened and attention... is paid to water and electricity consumption, everything is electronic.
If you want, you can swim daily in the indoor pool and keep fit with entertainment. There is a bus stop right in front of the campsite and you can easily reach the nearest towns and beaches.
A large market is within walking distance.
We had a wonderful time there and booked again straight away. You get to know so many nice people, it's like living in a big family.
I can't understand who has anything to complain about here.

Unfortunately the bus doesn't take dogs. Not even with a crate or dog trolley. That's why we won't be visiting Benidorm again soon.
