Cleanliness in the sanitary area left a little to be desired. It was cleaned twice a day. And also here the guests make a lot of dirt... so that I feel sorry for the cleaning staff.
In the sand of the playground a lot of garbage and plastic waste... at the snack bar a lot of garbage ... and that burgers are still given out in styrofoam packaging is no longer up to date! Or drinks are sold in cans ... that could be better! I'm not an eco-enthusiast but it was unpleasant and you always have to remember that it's the people who make the mess and not the place ... nevertheless, it should be cleaned more often, especially the sand in the playground. I collected a lot of garbage here so that my children wouldn't hurt themselves! Large, but you don't notice it because it's spread over several meadows. Plenty of space for children to play. Just over the dunes and you are on a mega wide and beautiful beach (you should cycle here). The beach is so huge that it is never crowded. The campsite has a frituur... with classic Dutch snacks and a restaurant, which is surprisingly good and reasonably priced. There is a separate area for teenagers on the other side of the road. So nobody gets in each other's way, regardless of whether it's a family or party vacation. New and very clean sanitary facilities, family showers etc. Good value even in high season! When you make a reservation (free of charge!) you get the access card for the barrier sent to your home in advance. You can chill out or swim during the day and go partying in the evening. You don't even have to leave the campsite, as you're constantly meeting new people. The sanitary facilities... are fine and are cleaned in the morning, but they are disgustingly dirty by the evening and there is no toilet paper, so make sure you bring your own! Everyone makes sure that there is no dog waste lying around anywhere. Very beautiful and wide beach. Not too crowded. Even at Whitsun you have peace and quiet on the campsite as young people come to the youth area. The sanitary facilities in the green zone are being rebuilt this winter. I am curious.
