"Horrible - Extremely unprofessional treatment of guests, who demand what is written and promised in the reservation. During our stay, there was no internet, what is very important for job of my girlfriend. The bed linen and towels were not changed every day. On the request to change the room, due to poor and unfulfilled conditions, the gentleman, who is the director of the complex, did not agree with it. I also want to mention the conditioning with electricity consumption, as well as the removal and cleaning of garbage, every day, which we agreed on in a minimally polite way. it was definitely not written anywhere, and it's also not my job. After they stated that it is best to leave the whises at our request, which, as I said, were stated during the reservation, and stated that they would return the money in full, some 100 km from their fraudulent residence, I received a notification through booking that the same should be paid for the night. After talking with the really kind booking.com staff, we managed to cancel the reservation without additional costs, and reported the il cicero residence as a location of suspicious behavior. In the end, I definitely do not recommend it!

"This place was the 2nd overnight stop on our tour of Sicily - We consider the campsite itself to be okay with potential for improvement. Especially the part in the forest is not very inviting. However, what made the campsite special for us was the friendly lady at reception. She was super friendly and showed us around the site in perfect German. Every day we were given insider tips about the immediate region, Sicilian traditions and regional customs. All in all, a welcome thing for us and recommendable for Sicily beginners like us! As far as mobility is concerned, there is a lot to see and do. The campsite can be used as a starting point for the Ionian Islands. Organization via the campsite is offered. We had difficulties with the ATMs on site. They didn't want to provide us with cash. We had to test nearby ATMs to the east. At some point we also had euros in our hands. As our route takes us back to the island, we will pick up new tips here. We say THANK YOU & goodbye!

"Beautiful vacation at Cicero - We had a very nice vacation at the Residence Il Cicero. The sea is clean and the beach very pleasant. No crowding on the beach. We stayed late July. Thanks to the advice of the Cicero staff, we had beautiful excursions both by sea and land. Reception at Cicero is uncio and we felt from the first day at home. Beautiful atmosphera. Thank you again We will definitely come back

Profil

Residence Il Cicero offers independent accommodation just 30 metres from the beach. Set amidst a cool and lush botanical garden with pool, you'll stay in stone mobile homes or bungalows. Each accommodation at Il Cicero is open plan, with surrounding …palm and olive trees providing refreshing shade. The interiors include modern amenities and a kitchenette. Air conditioning is available at an extra charge. In a separate area, just 100 metres from the beach, is our beautiful spacious campsite with lovely shaded tent pitches and pitches for campers. The campsite, most of which is densely wooded, is in a separate zone with nice pitches for tents, caravans or motorhomes, and has wc and shower facilities with free hot water, camper service, coin-operated washing machine. A shuttle service with daily excursions to the Aeolian Islands (Vulcano, Lipari, Salina, Stromboli, Panarea, Alicudi and Filicudi), animation, bar, restaurant, pizzeria and mini-market complete our offer. At Il Cicero you can look forward to a diving centre and a small jetty for boats. Jogging paths are nearby. Linger over a cool drink at the bar and dine at the on-site restaurant or La Terrazza del Cicero pizzeria. Private parking and internet access (LAN) are free of charge. Car rental is available at Il Cicero at an affordable rate. During the summer months, Residence Il Cicero may only be able to book weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.
