The place where we stood right by the river. The campground is like an island surrounded by the river. The peace, the space, nice owners. We even stayed a little longer. Top camping.
Negativno
The road leading to it is a bit on the narrow side. If 2 caravans would meet you have a problem. Fortunately, we did not experience this. Wifi is a drama. Not once did we succeed in getting the wifi connection working. This is certainly a point for improvement but is of course unrelated to fine camping. For shopping you have to drive quite a distance to Bouillon.
Delightful camping on the river Semois
Highly recommended for anyone who loves peace, space and rivers. The surroundings are beautiful.

The campsite is a bit out of the way and very? beautiful.
Negativno
It has several water outlets, but they have a very low flow rate. We only found a tap under a sink where you could fill a canister.
Quiet, beautifully situated place
It was a pity that - although there was plenty of space - pitches in the immediate vicinity were taken. We ended up with a motorhome on the next pitch, even though there were free pitches all around.

The tranquillity and beautiful location by the river
Idyllic location
We spent two days/nights here in the low season. The location is uniquely beautiful, on an island in the Semois, and our pitch was right on the river. The river is wide and shallow enough for children to wade through easily. It is very quiet in the low season. The sanitary facilities are modern and clean.... There is a cafe and snack bar (chips) and a bread ordering service. The owners are very friendly. All in all, we had a very nice stay and would love to come back!

Great campsite
We were here over Whitsun and really enjoyed it. The children were busy all day.

Beautifully situated site right on the river. We stayed there for 4 nights and had a pitch at the end of the site (downstream of the river). We therefore noticed the smoke from the barbecuing campers and sat in the spicy smoke every evening. If you don't like that, you should choose at the end (upstream).... Pitches are right by the river and mostly shady. Staff very friendly. Sanitary facilities clean on weekdays. On weekends rather too small and unfortunately unsightly after a short time. But that stands and falls with the campers on site and their hygiene behavior. Cleaned once a day. Catering between 19:00 and 20:00 from the deep fryer. Shopping facilities on site not possible. Bread roll service available. In Sedan (20km, France) all major discount stores are represented. We give a weak 3 stars.

A great campsite, which is particularly impressive due to its location on a small island in the river. This means that almost all the pitches are on the water. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are fine, well maintained and clean. It would be nice if there were a few... more showers. We were there over Whitsun when the site was fully booked, so it was a bit tight. At "normal" times the showers could perhaps be sufficient. There are play facilities for children of all ages on the site. Kayak tours with return transportation are also offered from the campsite. There are shops in the surrounding area. You can also go hiking directly from the campsite. The island is covered in trees, which further enhances the impression. The only disadvantage: with large motorhomes or caravans it gets cramped. Not every pitch is accessible. The approx. 2.5 km long road to the site is also more or less a single lane. Nevertheless, we will be back!

This campsite is in an outstanding location : watch the river rolling through the wooded hills right outside your tent. Very clean facilities.Lots of places to visit within a few miles. Just be careful of the kids play area ..the safety standard could be higher. We had a great visit here !!!
