The accommodation was clean and spacious. Ok the lighting could be improved.
The armchair and couch were not right for us. Was quite uncomfortable but the beds, great. I think in summer it is certainly much better here.

All pitches have electricity, water and drainage. They are clean and nice and big. A reason to come back when the disadvantages have been remedied.NegativnoWhen booking the pitch there was no concrete offer with a price statement. They just took the prices from the homepage. No problem, I did it and got a price of just under 550€ for 10 days. It was clear that there would be a small price increase. In the end we paid 681 €. Showers cost extra, there is nothing on the homepage. Something like that simply has to be included. So I wouldn't have a problem either. BUT then the sanitary facilities should also be clean, on request there was an excuse that they couldn't keep up because there was a lake festival the weekend before. But it's not about the general soiling, but about real germs, mold and dirt that have been there for weeks. The cleaning is only superficial, as you can see from the floor of the toilets. Wipe the toilet with a mop and that's it. Not around it. Then there is only one wash house for the entire campsite with 6 showers for the ladies. The partition for changing is much too short so that the clean clothes get wet. The showers, dirty, germy, moldy. The ceiling is moldy, the joints of the tiles too. Dirt that you can even scrape off with your fingernails. There is a queue to wash up as there are too few options. Especially when the campsite is full. A second wash house would be an advantage. No attention is paid at all to a good night's sleep. The car has to be parked in a separate parking lot, not on the pitch. Not really a problem if you didn't have to pay an extra 5 euros a day for the parking lot.Nice campsite but ...If something would change regarding the wash house and the fee for the parking lot, it would be a reason to come back. The local recreation area Kiebitzsee offers a lot for a vacation with the grandchildren (5 and 10 years)NegativnoPrice-performance ratio is no longer right. No respect for the night's rest. Too many youth groups and other groups between the families.Camping with the motorhomeThe campsite still has room for improvement. There are a few things that should be improved. The shower/washroom is constantly under water! Some of the taps are very calcified. Youth groups stand too close to the other campers. We couldn't sleep at night several times because the basses were banging... deep into the night or a group of campers was very loud until half past two. The night's rest must be better observed and, above all, controlled!!!
In our opinion, the price increase (since May) is not right, as neither the overall facilities nor the service have changed enough to justify this increase. Other campsites offer much more peace, comfort and cleanliness for this price. The campsite is in a very quiet location.
There are 143 pitches with water and drainage plus a meadow for tents.
Unfortunately, there is only one sanitary building on the site. This is too few for the number of guests. The men's section has 6 urinals... and 6 cubicles for the larger business.
The ladies' sanitary facilities have now been renovated, which is still to come for the men.
The toilets are also in dire need of it. They seem to have been left standing here shortly after the reunification. The men's showers, 6 in all, have been partially renovated. There are 4 shower cubicles and 2 public showers with no privacy. And if 3 of them have been out of order for months, anyone who can do the math knows that there are 3 showers for men. This problem is known but nothing happens.
If you have to go to your car in the parking lot in the evening, you can't see your hand in front of your eyes because of the darkness. There is lighting, but for whatever reason it is not switched on.
There are no litter bins on the site where campers can throw away a tissue, a piece of paper or their pet's waste.
So you are forced to stuff everything into your pockets.
But there are also positive things,
There is now a bread roll service and also a few magazines. We stayed there several times a year. And I always felt like a guest here. In the last few years, the number of visits per year has increased so that we have become permanent campers here since this year. The Kiebitzfest takes place every year, the main attraction :-) but there are often events on the site itself (small concerts) which is ideal for children! Bathing area with sandy beach, on the campsite itself there is a playground and even an indoor... playroom. The bouncy castle is set up in the mornings. Really great! If you want to see something, there are many possibilities in the surrounding area. Hartenfels Castle, zoos, dinosaur park, climbing park, you can canoe on the Elster, the giant forest invites you for long walks! The spa town of Bad Liebenwerda with its wonderful wellness and fun pool is also nearby. So really highly recommended!!!! The operators opened early especially for us because we always camp there at Easter, but they only open regularly in April... The mix of permanent campers and tourists is very balanced. The beach and water are really TOP. Our children also loved the water slide (free to use). Water pedal boats can be hired at moderate prices (also with a slide on board). The staff are... always friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the facilities and especially the sanitary facilities is also very good. Even with heavy use (due to the beach festival), everything was always clean and well maintained. There is a separate shower and changing room for babies and toddlers. There is a bakery stand on site with fresh baked goods every day. There is an ice cream parlor, a mini market and a self-service restaurant within walking distance. This is sufficient for "in between". There are two well-maintained playgrounds on the grounds with equipment for all ages. There is also a mini golf course and a beautiful maze on the site. As in previous years, the site was well maintained, the sanitary facilities were clean and the staff were once again helpful and friendly. The numerous water taps were also great. Sophia G.June 2010A beautiful campsite with a lake and lido on the doorstep. The campsite is particularly suitable for people with disabilities as it is barrier-free. There is even an access aid for swimming. There is a lovely playground for children and a playroom in rainy weather. The sauna provides the ultimate relaxation... from everyday life. Dogs are also welcome here. There is a 10% discount for ADAC members or 10% discount from the 10th day or 20% discount from the 18th day - and groups of 15 or more participants get a 10% discount from the 1st day.
