- Marcus H.July 2016PozitivnoSea, beach, shade, new pool complex, well-stocked supermarketNegativnoToo many mobile homes with guests who do not see themselves as campers5 stars sought and not found ...... unfortunately searched in vain (obligatory for 5 stars) for waste bins for ice paper and other things, for a place to walk dogs, for satellite reception, for sufficient pitches with fresh water and coax connection to replace the lack of satellite reception, for stable WLAN reception, for peace and... quiet, for top sanitary facilities for *****. However, we found shade, a great beach, beautiful footpaths, good pool facilities, shops and restaurants.Аутоматски преведено.
- Eric H.September 2014PozitivnoClose to Argeles sur mer (reachable by bike in 10 min.), convenient,NegativnoSanitary facilities and pool area should be urgently renovated - otherwise I find the 5***** rating questionable.Campsite with potentialIn search of good alternatives to other top 5-star campsites, we stayed at "Le Soleil" at the end of the season this year. Let's start with the mobile home "Banyuls": The equipment was complete, the cleanliness was given. The area around the mobile home could be landscaped more often. Neither the plot... nor the path was cleared of pine needles for the whole 2 weeks. Then the pool: a new mountain landscape was built this year. Visually very beautiful and appealing. But the rest of the pool area urgently needs to be renovated. Some of the paving stones were uneven and grass was growing between the stones. The play facilities for children were good, as were the slides. The new multi-sports pitch made a good impression. Somehow everything on the site (i.e. the supermarket, reception, pool, etc.) was a bit haphazardly scattered around the complex. There was no toilet on the beach (which was supposed to be on the campsite), so we cycled to the nearby PlageNord. The entrance was guarded at night. Wifi is only available at the bar - free of charge, but a little inconvenient. There were hardly any campsites with "GrandConfort" on the site (unless I missed something).Аутоматски преведено.
- Dieter d.September 2013The site has been expanded more and more in recent years and is almost dominated by mobile homes and rental tents. In the high season - as in the whole of Argeles - all hell is supposed to break loose. Now in September it was very quiet, but the service (cleanliness) is also noticeably deteriorating.... Towards the middle of September, the site management probably can't wait until they are allowed to close. The heated pool area is wonderfully large, which we really enjoyed for the first time this September because of the cold sea. The pitches, shaded or in the sun, are all quite large and are bordered by shallow ditches and often nicely bordered by bushes (oleander). A nice advantage for us is that dogs are not allowed during the entire opening period. The great beach (this year many coarse pebbles in the transition area to the water) is 50-100 meters through a nature reserve, then the extensive beach with a great view to the south of the nearby mountains. Restaurant (and pick-up) and small supermarket on site, just under 2 km to the town center (Argeles PLage). Lots of hustle and bustle there, but also nice restaurants.Аутоматски преведено.
- Sabine D.August 2012Fantastic beach with beautiful water, as the beach slopes down steeply. The campsite is very beautiful with older trees and larger pitches. Sanitary facilities always clean. The pool is beautifully laid out. It is very noisy at night for a long time as there is an amusement park and another campsite right next to it. Nevertheless, we have enjoyed coming here for years.Аутоматски преведено.
- René R.June 2012The site is separated from the sea by an approx. 50m wide nature conservation strip. The beach is very beautiful with a view of the Pyrenees. The sand is a little coarse and the shore slopes down quite steeply. The site is mostly very shady, with pine trees towards the sea with pitches on forest floor,... and deciduous trees with grass pitches behind. Most of the pitches are also suitable for larger caravans. The site is well equipped with a large swimming pool, a good restaurant, bar, well-stocked supermarket and other stores. Free wifi at the bar. The staff are very friendly. The sanitary facilities are older, but very clean and well equipped. We didn't notice any entertainment in the low season. There is a fairground nearby which can be heard late at night.Аутоматски преведено.
- Bernd K.July 2010The campsite is in a great location with direct access to the beach. The water here is quickly deep at the beginning and then turns into a sandbank about 10 m from the beach with a water depth of about 1 m. I had booked in advance, specifying the length of my boat, but the pitch I was allocated was too... small. However, the people at reception were then very keen to allocate me a different pitch according to my wishes. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated, but they are always clean. Unfortunately, the site is a bit noisy in the evening due to a neighboring cart track and an amusement park with rides that only open in the evening and operate late into the night. The store has a good range of everyday necessities, the restaurant is okay and not too expensive. Overall, a good price-performance ratio, we will certainly be visiting the site again.Аутоматски преведено.
