"Campingplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Strand - Der 2-Sterne-Campingplatz Municipal l`Orgatte liegt Strandnah und hat 3 eigene Zugänge zum 400 mtr. entfernten Strand. Wir hatten uns verschiedene Campingplätze im Umkreis angeschaut und stellten sofort fest dass die Stellplätze im Vergleich größer sind. Auch die sänitären Anlagen sind großzügig bemessen. Es gab nie "Stau" an den Duschen oder Toiletten. Die sanitären Anlagen wurden mehrmals täglich gereinigt. Negativ fiel leider auf, dass der Hauptweg des Campingplatzes nicht geteert ist sondern fein geschottert. Die Stellplätze rechtsseitig des Hauptweges sind dadurch recht stark von Staubentwicklung beim vorbeifahren von Fahrzeugen betroffen.

"toller, gepflegter Platz am Meer - sehr schön gelegener Platz unter Pinien, das Meer direkt zu erreichen durch einen kleinen Wald und Dünen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe...was will man mehr

"Campingplatz wie er in Frankreich sein sollte! - Weil auf Noirmoutier der Teufel los war und alles belegt, sind wir hier gelandet -zum Glück!!! Empfang mit etwas englisch kein Problem und sehr nett, hübsch gelegener Platz unter Pinien ca. 400m vom Meer, für jeden Geschmack ein Stellplatz dabei, sanitäre Anlagen völlig OK, nette Atmosphere, Radwege direkt vor der Tür. Ich würde jederzeit wieder nicht auf die Il Noirmoutier fahren (da ist auch in der Nebensaison tabula rasa), sondern die Gegend von hier erkunden, ist deutlich entspannter.

"Schön gelegener CP im alten Stil - Wir waren im August 2018 auf diesem Platz. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Plätze sind ausreichend groß und teilweise schattig. Der ganze Platz istetwas uneben und unbesfestigt, also sandig. GsD hatten wir einen Mover. Die Sanitäranlagen sind schon etwas älter, aber soweit sauber. (Lässt sich halt auf einem Sandplatz nicht vermeiden). Durch einen Pinienwald ist man in drei Minuten am Atlantik mit wunderschönem Strand. Für Kinder gibt es einen Spielplatz und anscheinend auch ein Animationszelt. Anfangs war auch ein Brötchenservice im nahegelgenen Imbiss da, der seinen Betrieb dann aber leider einstellte. Der nächste Bäcker ist fußläufig ca. fünf Minuten entfernt. Für Zelter gibt es extra Plätze mit Picknicktischen. Auf dem Platz gibt es GsD keine Mobilhomes, so das eigentlich nur Camper da sind. Die Ortschaft hat uns nicht so gefallen, eigentlich nur ein Touristenort mit einer Straße wo "etwas" los war. Der Rest sind anscheinend hauptsächlich Ferienwohnungen. Der Platzist günsig. Wir haben in der HS für drei EW mit WoWa u. Strom nur 25,- bezahlt. Der einzige Wehmutstropfen (für unsere Tochter) war das seeehr teure WLAN. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

" - We chose this campground for some quiet beach time in a smaller town like Notre Dame de Monts and were very happy with our choice. The site is a pleasant 400 meter stroll through the woods from a fantastic beach. Thus, we could go to the beach for an hour or two and then come back for a drink or a break. The individual pitches are mostly shaded under mature trees. Many French families apparently come here and stay for longer periods year after year. I see why this place fills up during the French school breaks. We really liked the town too. It was small enough not to be overwhelming yet had a supermarket, fish store, wine shop, and the typical beachfront restaurants and ice cream places. All of this is within walking and/or biking distance from the campground. The campground lies right on a bike path, so you never really have to move your car. The tourist office organizes events, so we saw a little kite festival and a local vocal group in concert. It was all very relaxed. This campground is a great value. We paid something like 35 Euros per night for 4 adults and 1 child with electricity. Showers are free and hot. From what we saw, this was the closest campground to the beach. We enjoyed the laid-back nature of this place. It is not on the standard tourist list, and we loved that. We will definitely go back. If I had to criticize the campground for anything, I would say that it would be nice if the wifi had been functioning and if the bathrooms had been separated by gender. These were not fatal flaws, however.
