"Does not work at all - The location is OK, but the staff couldn't be more unfriendly. As a "guest" you should be made welcome, but here you have to have a guilty conscience when you are on site. Nothing more needs to be said about the sanitary facilities, which match the mood of the operators

"Disappointed - Unkempt groundsman, unfriendly groundswoman - more like the site police. After parking the caravan for the first time, the first harassment because we had supposedly exceeded the limit by 30 cm. The lady used gestures to indicate our misbehavior and used imaginary lines with her hands and feet to show us how much we had exceeded the limit. So I maneuvered the mover for about 5 minutes according to her wishes. She left us with an unobjective remark that the awning should not be wider than 2.50 cm, otherwise we would have to take it down. The next day, my pug got lost and ran around the caravan. The groundskeeper immediately came and told us that she had broken the rules. The dog had entered the neighboring pitch and I had to put him on a lead. After a brief exchange of words, she left.... we didn't feel comfortable overall.

"A good time has passed - The site is located between two similarly sized squares directly on the dyke, which invites you to go for walks or bike rides if you don't want to walk/ride on the (safe) road. Shopping is then a little further away, just under 1.x km, but with discounters and Rewe. There is also a branch of Stolz on the Einksufsplstz. You can stock up on clothes there or just browse. Facilities on the square: Outlet for gray and black water outside. Clean and well-maintained. Toilets: Separated by gender, all behind an access door. Very clean. Showers without extra charge, intervals quite short. Reception at the entrance. If it is not manned, you can reach the groundsman by ringing the bell. Works well. Washing machine: Coins from the groundsman. 3 euros for washing or drying. These are professional machines that are fast. After about 45 minutes the washing was done. Due to the restrictions of the Corona pandemic, there are a few things to watch out for, but these will be communicated on site. Entertainment: You can let off steam on the beach. There is no entertainment on the campsite and that's perfectly fine. WLan: The three campsite networks overlap. On the Silbermöwe, the transmitter is centrally located. Ask for the password at reception. Use is included! Shopping is not possible on the site, except for gas. CA. 200 meters away is a very good bakery. My favorite thing about the site is the staff. We had no problems with the groundskeeper. He seems to be a bit bony. But I had a good laugh with him. Everyone has their own experiences. In general: thumbs up for a great place.

"Extremely rude and cheeky - Beautifully situated campsite, clean and well-kept, as were the sanitary facilities. But an extremely unfriendly and ungrateful groundsman! I've never seen anyone treat guests like this before. Unbelievable, an absolute no-go! This was our first and LAST time at this campsite.
