"Senior couple with dog - The campsite is in a very idyllic location. There are lots of trees and large, terraced pitches. Some of the access roads to the pitches are a little steep and narrow. But there is plenty of choice and the campsite operator offers help with his own tractor if necessary. There is a small market and a nice restaurant and café bar. The nearby fishing village can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. There are more restaurants right by the sea. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, the campsite is ideal. There is no playground or entertainment here, at least not in the low season.

"Simply fantastic - Everything was perfect! Friendly competent reception! Very good restaurant right on the beach! Unfortunately there are no marked bike paths/tours in the hinterland

"Nice but also some downsides - People often write about dog problems here. We are not dog lovers, but it worked. Of course, it always depends on the owner. Even during our stay, there were people who let their 60 kg giants loose on the playground unsupervised and unleashed.

"Stopover Slatina - We were looking for a pitch for one night (with two children and a tent). We opted for the Superior pitch 303. Not quite cheap, but great. Large pitch, not far from the water. Washroom nearby. We thought it was great. There are great restaurants in the nearby village.

"Expensive - In my eyes it's just a rip-off, the cheap pitches are replaced by more expensive pitches, the pitches by the sea are simply upgraded a category and if not all pitches are full, the wash house is simply closed and that in Corona times. And even after 17 years as a guest you are still asked if you have been there before. The cleaning ladies are very nice but always clean when you want to go to the washhouse in the morning, that seems to be intentional.

Welcome to the campers’ favorite campsite! For several years in a row Camp Slatina has been named one of the best campsites for a Croatian camping holiday by the Croatian Camping Union. Start your holiday in the Mediterranean harmony of …the Island of Cres, which shares the title of the largest Croatian island in the Adriatic with Krk. The area where the camp's pitches are located descends towards the sea, so all our guests can enjoy the sea view. There are 5 types of pitches here: Superior Mare, Superior, Premium, Comfort and Standard. If camping in a mobile home is something you would like to try, then a range of mobile homes are also available to rent.

The islands of Cres and Lošinj belong to the Cres and Lošinj Archipelago, an island group in Kvarner Bay, the largest one in the Croatian Adriatic. Arrival by Car - from Trieste (Italy): Pasjak-Opatija border crossing –Brestova ferry port – …ferry to Porozine – islands of Cres and Lošinj. - from Ljubljana (Slovenia): Rupa-Rijeka border crossing – island of Krk (crossing the bridge) –Valbiska ferry port – ferry to Merag – islands of Cres and Lošinj; it is also possible via the Rupa-Rijeka border crossing – Opatija – Brestova ferry port – ferry to Porozine – islands of Cres and Lošinj. The ferry ride takes approximately 20 minutes. You will buy the tickets in the port, they cannot be reserve before.
