The operators are very friendly and the site is very well maintained. It's a quiet place where you can hear lots of animals in the evening. During the day, when the weather is nice, there is a lot of noise from motorcycles driving along the road right next to the campsite. The sanitary facilities could be modernized. There is very little traffic on the road directly by the campsite. There is a large meadow for camping groups. Tourist pitches are occasionally offered. For the most part, however, the site is occupied by permanent campers. The sanitary facilities are fine, but are getting on in years. The operators are very friendly and helpful. The campsite is located at the far end of the campsite. It is possible to get electricity at the campsite, make a fire, barbecue (barbecue grill permanently installed), there... is a small covered area with two fridges underneath, parking spaces and a playground. Telephone network and mobile internet are generally not available there, but are available in other parts of the campsite. It is also possible to book WLAN access and use it at the inn. Food and drink are also available at the inn at weekends, as well as the option of signing up for a list for fresh bread rolls the next morning. There are two showers for women and two for men, and hot water is available in the showers. The nature is very beautiful. Let the nightingale at the top of the fir tree present you with a one-bird orchestra or watch animals such as a pine marten, fox, deer, wild boar or (male) bullfinch (all seen there) and much more. There is a bus stop right in front of the campsite, but don't be fooled by the bus timetables, which say that there are only on-call buses, but in fact there are regular buses. These (no. 212) will take you to Bad Schwalbach, for example, and from there you have good connections. The operator (Claudia Dörschug-Brandscheid) is a super nice woman. She often came to meet us and made our visit there as pleasant as possible, which we really appreciated. I've now told you enough, but not everything. The 5 stars for friendliness can by no means reflect the condition of the site. The site is small and very clean, characterized by friendly permanent campers who don't give... you the impression of being an unwelcome guest. I had to deduct one star for quietness, as on nice weekends the road leading directly past the site is very busy with motorcyclists. At night and when the weather is not so good, however, it is absolutely quiet. At this time of year there were almost only permanent campers on the site, but they made us feel very welcome in their community. At the weekends, the cozy restaurant offers a small but fine selection... of delicious dishes, freshly prepared by the owner herself. You can order bread rolls in the morning. You can start beautiful hiking tours directly from the campsite. This valley is totally quiet and relaxed. We jokingly said: "We're behind the seven mountains with the seven dwarves" - but we had a really good rest and enjoyed our time out. :-) We will definitely be back!Аутоматски преведено.

The nearby country road is not a problem as it is not very busy. There are some permanent campers on the site itself. The pitches for caravans and motorhomes are large enough. There is also a large meadow for groups with tents. The pitches... are all gravelled, so that no one should drown even in the rain. Nevertheless, the pegs find a good hold in the ground. There are enough sanitary facilities, they are nicely decorated and were cleaned every half hour over Whitsun. The operator and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beer garden invites you to sit and linger. All in all, a very nice resort that is not overcrowded. We would love to come backАутоматски преведено.

- Hans D.August 2013Stayed here for a few days as my wife was there for a cure. I can only say that the place is run by the owner with a lot of heart and love. She is very friendly and helpful. The place is very well maintained, the toilets and showers are cleaned several times a day and were always absolutely top. The... catering also leaves nothing to be desired. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. You never had the feeling of being ripped off as the prices were very moderate and you really don't have to pay for every little thing as is the case on many other campsites. Sandra J.April 2012A very quiet, clean campsite. Unfortunately we couldn't try out the restaurant as we were only on site from Tuesday to Friday and the restaurant is only open at weekends in April. Our prior reservation turned out to be an advantage, as the owners of the campsite run the site as a sideline. But with a... lot of dedication and helpfulness. Unfortunately, there is no cell phone (internet) or DVBT reception in the valley. This made the stay even quieter, as there were hardly any other campers on the site. There are two small children's playgrounds, a lovely beer garden and the toilets and washrooms are always clean! The restaurant is open on Fridays and the quality is really good.
