With a large motorhome or caravan (over 7m) you have to maneuver around a bit.Sensational campsiteI can't say whether it's the best campsite in Portugal. We were pleasantly surprised. In the middle of the high season, the pitch for two adults, a pet and a vehicle over six meters long costs € 21. A clean site with friendly staff and first-class sanitary facilities. Can only be recommended. We would love to come back. Sigi and HannaАутоматски преведено.- Arta Georg D.April 2019PozitivnoPleasant, well-run campsite in a charming setting.Well-equipped Cp in beautiful surroundings on the outskirts of ZambujeiraWe stayed at the campsite at the beginning of April and it was always busy during our longer stay. The campsite is located on the outskirts of Zambujeira. The beaches, restaurants and shops are therefore within walking distance. The pitches are shady, vary in size and are not always well laid out. They... are strictly divided into pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes (or a combination). They are mostly flat and separated from each other by vegetation. Electricity and water are available close to the pitches. The sanitary facilities are very well equipped and always in a very well-cleaned (and disinfected) condition. The water temperature can be regulated individually. The showers should not be used between midnight and 7am. Unfortunately, there was still no hot water at 7am during our stay. The waiting time for hot water - when it was available - was reasonable. There is a well-stocked minimarket on the campsite. Fresh bread from 8 am (or breakfast at the bar). The restaurant mainly offers ready meals or grilled food. For us, the campsite was the base camp for our tour on the Rota Vicentina (fishing route) along the Atlantic coast. We followed the advice of the campsite operator and didn't look for new accommodation every day, but instead used the very inexpensive cabs in the area to take us to the starting points of each stage. This was easier (and lighter with less luggage on our backs). Wifi is available at the campsite, but it's not great.Аутоматски преведено.

Andreas und Petra S.October 2014Remarkably clean - anytime againLarge site, which was understandably mostly closed in the low season. Mainly sandy ground and lots of old eucalyptus trees providing shade. There is a free choice of pitches, but as the weather looked like it was going to rain, we, like the other three guests with camper vans, chose to stand behind the... pool on the gravel pitches. As it turned out afterwards, these pitches had the advantage that the free Wi-Fi was still available there. The pool was unfortunately already closed, but looked very inviting. For guests who don't want to pay for a power connection but would still like to charge their smartphones etc., there are extra sockets in front of the washroom. (see photo) As usual, the toilets had no glasses and you had to bring your own paper. The water temperature in the showers cannot be regulated. Even after several minutes, the water is at most lukewarm. Drawback: On the last day, we were forced to vacate the pitch, although the pitch was almost empty due to the increased prices. And above all, no EC/credit card payment possible.
