Permanent and vacation campers are more or less spatially separated by the... "Silbersee".
The sanitary facilities, which were sufficient in number, were always clean. The so-called "wooden showers" at the edge of the tipi village are certainly a small highlight here.
There are numerous shopping facilities in Tangerhütte, about 10km away.

Nice shady pitch near the Silbersee. The weather was great, so we hardly left the campsite. The many activities such as the corn maze, archery, axe throwing, table tennis, Ludo, searching for... gold nuggets in the sandpit, bouncy castle, slackline and trike rides with the Indian chief and campfires in the evening with wood we had collected ourselves were great fun, and not just for the children. The sanitary facilities are in perfect order and there are large sinks and a washing machine in the scullery. We enjoyed bison and flank steak in the delicious restaurant. The bread delivery service always provided fresh bread rolls in the morning. It was an all-round successful vacation and we are sure we will be back!

The sides of the natural pond are very sharp-edged. Selection of rolls.Pure vacation!!!We like coming here every year and are always happy about the latest changes. But what I find a pity about the bread roll service is that there are no others (e.g. dark ones). I would also like to see a bridge that goes right across the Silbersee. There are definitely not enough showers at peak times.
But despite all this, we like to come back every year,

The lake is a stinking carpet of algae and the natural pool is inadvertently smaller than shown on the website. When we were here, there were also two large youth groups camping. It was just noise and shouting all day. Some families with small children left because of this. They didn't even respect the night's rest. However, if you like noise until 10:45 pm, then you are in good hands on this site. No trace of peace and relaxation in the middle of nature, as described on the website !!! We gave up after three days and left. Other families fled with us. If you are planning to book at this campsite, ask how many youth groups are there at the same time.
