Beautifully situated, good air, clean, quiet
A well-located site with large pitches with water and electricity. The whole site is clean and well-kept, as are the sanitary and washing-up facilities. Facilities. Friendly hosts. Good starting point for hikes, walks, good food from the Black Forest. Ideal for relaxing, unwinding and much more. In summer and winter. We always like to come back.

Simply beautiful
We experienced 3 days of pure relaxation on a quiet, beautifully situated site. A nice welcome, friendly neighbors (permanent campers) and a large pitch with enough space for a table and chairs with stone slabs. The showers were particularly pleasant, with plenty of hooks and shelves. 50 cents for an... eight-minute shower is absolutely fine. The well-maintained sanitary building matches the appearance of the site. 1 euro/day for WLAN is ok, but there are also cheaper options. There are no shopping facilities or a restaurant on the site apart from a bread roll and gas service, but everything is available in Langenbrand and Schömberg, two kilometers away. A place that is suitable for a short stay, but certainly also for a longer vacation.

Small, fine campsite in the Black Forest
Well-kept small campsite in an idyllic location. The sanitary facilities exude the charm of the 1970s, but are very well maintained and very well thought out. Bakery and restaurant with very good Swabian cuisine within walking distance. The operators are very nice and helpful.

Beautiful place with many excursion possibilities in the surrounding area
Unfortunately we were only there for one night as a stopover. Somewhat outdated sanitary facilities, but picko bello clean.nice big pitches.clean and very well maintained CP.can well imagine to spend a longer vacation here.

The 5 stars given do not correspond in any way to the expectations of a 5 star place that I am used to.
nice but...
First of all, the site is cozy, the owners/operators are nice and very helpful. The pitches are good, but some of them are not well planted, which doesn't make maneuvering with larger caravans any easier. There are mainly permanent campers on the site. The site is only suitable for children to a limited... extent, as there is only a playground with a trampoline and climbing frame. There is not even a soccer pitch or kite field. For bad weather, there is a recreation room in the sanitary building with a table tennis table and a play corner for the little ones. The location on the edge of the forest is nice and invites dog owners to go for a walk. However, "quiet location" is an elastic term. The site itself is very quiet. However, the adjacent road is very busy during the week and can also be clearly heard on the pitch. What I find most questionable, however, is the 5-star rating. I expect much more here. I ask the question whether anyone from the awarding authority was personally on site.

Small place in a great location with lots of fresh air
This is the second time we have visited the site, we particularly like the quiet location right next to the forest and the fresh air, everything is very clean and well-kept, the operators are very friendly, you get plenty of tips for excursions and feel at home from the start. There is a bakery in the... village for shopping, the rest has to be done by bike or car. The (grass) pitches are partly sloping - but large enough - the pitches on the edge of the forest are wonderfully shaded, but you have to be prepared for falling acorns and small branches in strong winds - the playground has been extended and our children liked it very much. The WLAN costs 1 € and works great, the shower time is more than ample for 50 ct - we would be happy to come back and can recommend the site for more than just passing through

beautiful, small square on the edge of the forest
Very nice, small campsite on the edge of the forest with clean sanitary facilities that is well suited as a starting point for hiking or cycling tours in the Black Forest. The pitches are large enough, some are a bit sloping. The village of Langenbrand unfortunately has no shopping facilities, only a small bakery. For shopping you have to go to Schömberg, 2km away, steep descent to Schömberg which you have to climb up again :-)

Small Cp with approx. 100 pitches, of which approx. 40 are for tourists, in mid-September when the weather was bad there were (still) many pitches free. Altitude 666 meters in the northern Black Forest, in winter there is probably snow more often. Ideal for forest hiking. -- The Cp is very well maintained,... the pitches for tourists dto, electricity 16A, great. Even with TV antenna connection. -- Everything in the sanitary area is excellent and well maintained. The styling may take some getting used to, the 70s send their regards. I thought it was great - and from a sustainability point of view, you should enjoy the nostalgic look and not immediately call for all-white modernization, because everything is still in tip-top order. It's a pity that showering is only possible with wash tokens every 8 minutes - are there really people who shower all the time and ruin the calculation? -- On the upper floor of the sanitary building there is a lounge with tables and upholstered chairs (also very nostalgic), a small play corner for small children and a table tennis table - and probably also a sauna. -- Unfortunately, there are no dishwashing facilities in the tourist areas, you have to walk to the main building, which I found quite impractical and annoying. - Also negative for me: There is still no internet on the site, but this is to be installed in 2014.

Quite a nice place. Very cold sanitary facilities with fixed thermostats in winter. Furnishings a bit dusty, not modernized for a long time. Shower water via coin timer, which is set much shorter than indicated (should be 8min, have between 5.5 and 6.5 min). Cable TV quality very poor. Where the 5 DTV... stars come from is beyond my knowledge, also the ADAC classification is not correct in my opinion. Great starting point for Black Forest tours. R.M.

A small, well-kept site with very clean sanitary facilities, which nevertheless exude an 80s charm. The pitches are good. I was surprised about the opening hours of the reception (e.g. Sundays only from 14:00). There are no shopping facilities on the site itself. There is a bakery in the village. However,... if you forget a little something like butter or salt, you have to drive to Schömberg. The place is good, but where he takes 5 stars is questionable for me. There are plenty of leisure activities in the area. Unfortunately, the offer on the site is limited to a quiet pitch and a lot of peace and quiet. Therefore, as I said, amazement about 5*

Very clean and well-kept site in a very quiet location with excellent connections for tours in the Black Forest, good and well-kept gastronomy on site, shopping facilities within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance, the guest card included in the site costs allows free use of public transport throughout the Black Forest. For larger caravans, we recommend contacting us in advance, as pitches are sometimes restricted by hedges/trees.

Very nice little place, right next to the forest, still sunny, very "familiar", the operators were almost always available, also had good tips regarding leisure activities and eating out (definitely try the "green tree", super local). The sanitary facilities were clean and spacious. Thank you.
