- Markus E.August 2024PozitivnoCampsite was very niceNegativnoWaiters in the Monalisa whether man or woman very unfriendlyMr.If I were the boss
I would change the staff (at Monalisa) I am not used to that in ItalyАутоматски преведено. - Dr. med. Ingo M.September 2023PozitivnoWide beach, large pitches available, sea very shallow but clean. Restaurant good during the week, pizza very good.NegativnoAt the weekend, the "music" of the restaurants - as far as it can be described as such - is an acoustic pollution that can be heard for miles, the quality something for the brain dead and those who want to become one. Hearing protection is essential. In addition, any kind of mosquito repellent is urgently required. Dogs in abundance.Beautiful beach, otherwise subdued enthusiasmBeautiful beach walks possible. No cycle path to Ravenna available, only the highway for the brave.Аутоматски преведено.
- Soraya P.September 2018PozitivnoClose to comacchio, nice place for a few daysNegativno2 classes at the pool .rather noisyTent and bungalowStaff very friendly, problems are solved immediately, beautiful beach, shopping not special, we were first in the tent then in the bungalow only in the bungalow we were allowed with bathing cap in the pool, have renounced. CP is used for events on the weekend wedding, on the return trip we wanted to make a stop, the whole CP was fully booked for an event. The bungalow is more reminiscent of a youth hostel Not a quiet CPАутоматски преведено.
- Andreas W.March 2018PozitivnoCleanliness, friendliness, proximity to Comacchio.NegativnoJust little things, nothing essential.Arrival on the day of the opening 2018In order to drive a little south towards spring 2018, but without covering more than 1000 kilometers, we chose Camping Holiday Village Florenz, which opened on 24.03.2018. This time I contacted the campsite via Facebook, which worked really well. I received a friendly reply straight away. We had our... sights set on one of the five pitches, which are almost by the sea, and we were assured that there would certainly be one left for us. When we arrived, we received a very friendly welcome and were given our pitch by the sea, directly behind the Mona Lisa restaurant. At first there was a little confusion as we couldn't find the electricity box and when we found it at the playground, a little further away, there was still no electricity on the line. However, this small problem was rectified immediately by the friendly staff. The fuses were not in yet. In general, the campsite was still very busy with spring cleaning. Everything was newly planted. Overall, the campsite made a very well-kept impression. The sanitary facilities were very clean and were cleaned regularly. At the start of the season, however, only the small sanitary building was heated. This was understandable as the site was not even ten percent full. There was always enough toilet paper and soap in the toilets, which is the exception rather than the rule in Italy. Nevertheless, I do have one small criticism of the sanitary facilities. The "saloon doors", which were extremely tight and were totally greasy from being opened with your hands, didn't really make sense to me. While I'm on the subject of criticism... As we arrived relatively late and didn't feel like cooking ourselves once we had settled in, we went to the Mona Lisa restaurant, which was only a few meters away. There, the really friendly waitress brought us a menu with only fish dishes on it. We regretted that we didn't eat fish and ended up with a tortellini dish, but it arrived at the table so quickly that it could only have been defrosted in the microwave. And that's unfortunately how it tasted. Real Italian cuisine is different! The area behind the restaurant also proved to be very restless, as there was always a loud ventilation system running and many people were in the vicinity until late in the evening. I can't imagine what it's like in the high season. But that was it with the negative points. All in all, there are only positive things to say about the campsite. One argument for choosing this campsite was its proximity to Comacchio (approx. 7 kilometers), the "Little Venice" that we wanted to visit. We took our bikes with us especially for this. There is a cycle path from the campsite to Porto Garibaldi, but then you have to take the busy country road to Comacchio, which was littered with dead nutrias. Comacchio was almost empty of tourists at the time of our visit, which was very pleasing, but we didn't get to buy any ice cream there as the stores were all still closed. On the way back, we found a wonderful cycle path that led to Porto Garibaldi and the harbor. There we also got to eat our delicious gelati. Overall, the Camping Holiday Village Florence campsite was highly recommended, although we would certainly not visit such a site in the high season, as it would certainly be too busy for us then. I would particularly like to mention that everything was always very clean and the really nice lady at reception spoke to us in almost perfect German. Our first campsite of the 2018 season was a complete success!Аутоматски преведено.
- Rudolf S.October 2017PozitivnoVery nicely laid out CP with very friendly staff. Recommended for dog owners.NegativnoThe market at the CP closed on October 2. I think it should have the same opening hours as the CP.A very nice place for dog ownersWe stayed here with our 2 dogs from 30.9. to 15.10.2017. This place is absolutely great for dog owners. There are no problems with dogs on the beach as there is a separate area for dogs. At the weekend the campsite was almost full and every second person had a dog, yet there was no nuisance from the dogs and it was pleasantly quiet.Аутоматски преведено.
- Ben K.August 2017PozitivnoFriendly staff, mostly clean sanitary facilities, relatively cheapNegativnoExtremely loud, very restless, noon rest is not observed, max. 5% German guests, therefore little contact for children, animation only Italian. If you like Italian animation and are not looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for youWe stayed at the campsite in August 2017, which is in a very scenic location. The individual pitches are divided into different categories (size, electricity, water). Most of the pitches are shady as they are surrounded by trees. The ground is mostly sandy. The pool is small but very clean, the lifeguard... is nice but very firm. The staff are friendly and helpful. Language is Italian, some English, German only sometimes and very limited. The sanitary facilities are a few years old, technically in order and mostly clean, the shower cubicles are very small. There is a small supermarket that covers everything, as well as 2 restaurants and a bar. The entertainment is generally only in Italian, as about 90% of the guests are Italian. The beach is clean, but there is little space for guests who do not want to rent sun loungers. The beach is very shallow, about 100 meters to 1.8 meters water depth are reached. The midday rest is only observed to a limited extent, night-time rest from midnight at the earliest. We were most disturbed by the sometimes extreme disturbance, as (at our pitch) at night the animation was unmistakable from one side, and on the other side on the passing road the local proletarians with their tuned vehicles conjured up black stripes on the asphalt or held acceleration races. Yesterday evening there was even gunfire from 0:00 to 0:30, we felt like we were in the middle of a naval battle when the vibrations could be felt in our air mattresses. Another annoyance was unfortunately some inconsiderate guests with dogs. Owners would go to the beach, put the dog on a lead by the caravan and it would then yap at the top of its lungs. One couple even had 1 beo and 1 parrot with them, which made a racket in the awning while the owners were out and about. I have nothing against the animals, but one guest showed that there is another way, who had his dog under control and either took it with him or left it in the motorhome, which meant that there was peace and quiet. If you like Italian entertainment and aren't looking for peace and quiet, you're in good hands here.Аутоматски преведено.
- Karl-Theodor B.June 2016PozitivnoEverything is there, not too much > not too little, good mix, staff super helpfulWho likes Cämping! This is the right place, manageable space, affordable food (we didn't even cook ourselves), great location, very clean, contact if you want.Аутоматски преведено.
- Achim S.June 2016PozitivnoLots of shade. New sanitary facilitiesNegativnoLots of shade and very dark. Small pitches. Many pitches only with 3 amps.Under tall shade pinesIt was too dark for us under the pitches on offer under the tall pine trees, but if you like shade, you will certainly like it here. However, the pitches in the given terrain were quite small. In many cases, the pitches only have a 3 amp power connection, with a maximum of 6 amps possible on some pitches.... The sanitary facilities seem fairly new, the foot-operated toilets and washbasins are practical and hygienic. German-speaking reception. Small, chargeable pool: 3€/day, 7 days/10€ with swimming cap compulsory. In low season small discount for seniors over 60 years.Аутоматски преведено.
- Pit G.May 2016Inexpensive spaceMany shady spots, but mostly sandy. Lots of leisure activities, especially for children. Inexpensive mini market. Interesting cycle routes, e.g. to the Po delta. Not far to the beautiful town of Comacchio.Аутоматски преведено.
- Simone und Markus H.May 2016Pozitivno- Sanitary facilities - Always friendly staff - small, "familiar" placeNegativno- too large area with rental loungers and umbrellas - too few baked goods for breakfastNice campsite for low seasonWe stayed at this campsite with 2 children (aged 11 and 8) over Whitsun. We liked it very much, but let's start with the negatives: We didn't like the fact that the beach to the right and left of the beach bar was paved with rental loungers (the left part was set up during the Whitsun vacation). Shortly... before the end of the Whitsun vacations, the space in between (in front of the beach bar) was also used for events. This considerably restricts the free beach in front of the campsite and is the only reason why we will not visit the campsite in the high season. Otherwise, baked goods were in short supply in the morning. The supermarket opens at 8:00 am, 5 minutes later there was only baguette - there should be more and more variety on offer here. According to long-standing guests, more and more mobile homes are unfortunately being set up on this site and the best pitches are being used for them, which is a trend that can unfortunately be observed more and more often. Now to the positives: The sanitary facilities are as good as new and well done. Our pitch was big enough for our camper van with awning, and even the car (just) fitted on the pitch. The children loved the entertainment and it didn't go on for too long, so we had some peace and quiet in good time. The pizzeria was good, we only went to the Monnalisa beach bar for ice cream (good) and drinks, but they say you can eat very well there too - just not very cheap. The supermarket is large and well stocked for the size of the place, but of course a little more expensive. However, LIDL and Bennet and other shops are not far away. The staff were always very friendly. Our conclusion: we would like to go back to the campsite, but only in the low season due to the lack of free beach space with your own umbrella.Аутоматски преведено.
- Nicola L.May 2016Everything is wonderfulWe stayed in a mobile home for two weeks at Whitsun. We've been to the Adriatic many times on campsites of different sizes. And we liked this one so much that we made a reservation for next year. The only thing that bothered us was that swimming caps were compulsory at the pool and that there wasn't... such a large selection of fresh baked goods. Unfortunately, the place is not suitable for a stroll. Otherwise, everyone was very friendly and courteous. The animation makes a lot of effort although there is hardly any knowledge of German, the animators are great with the children.Аутоматски преведено.
- Iron M.September 2015Vacations of a thousand and one nightsVillage in a really good location, totally surrounded by vegetation and definitely distinguished by meticulous cleanliness of both facilities and common areas. The restaurants provide a very wide choice, so as to satisfy all needs and all budgets! But the highlight of the Florenz is definitely the staff:... young, helpful guys who do nothing but make everyone's vacation better! Particularly at the front desk, there are helpful, attentive guys who speak more than one language with ease (I only know Italian, but I have seen that they speak German very fluently as far as I can tell). In short, we can't wait to come back! Rated 10Аутоматски преведено.

- Camilla V.August 2014PozitivnoThey accept animals, totally suitable for the disabled:no architectural barriers, very clean toilets, very friendly staffNegativnoOutside the campground there are few places for entertainment, but just move a few miles to find various venues.Wonderful vacationsWe have been frequenting the Holiday Village Florenz for years,we stayed there first in tents, and then for the last few years in campers. It has recently been renovated all the sanitary facilities, which are always very clean. There are pitches for all needs with various prices and various sizes. There is... animation, the staff is always very kind and very helpful. If you don't feel like cooking there is the possibility to eat at the two restaurants on the campground, one of which is also a pizzeria and the other is by the sea.We always go with our dog,who is welcome and for whom there is also a dedicated part of the beach and a fenced and shaded area. For us the Holiday VIllage Florenz is like a second home because we feel like family.Аутоматски преведено.

I am very sorry that your stay with us was not a pleasant one, also because normally the tranquility of the vacation is one of our strengths.
We hope to have you as our guest again so that we can show you the major improvements we have made this year, including the covering of the arena that hosts evening activities and conveys the very young in the late evening, just to further decrease the noise and disturbance of guests.
