- Location by the lake - Children always found connection - not too densely packed - natural location

- very dirty sanitary facilities at the beginning - Lake was not for swimming, because of bacteria (at your own risk) - WLAN only near the café - sometimes from 7.30 a.m. a volume as if you were standing in the middle of a children's playground - Washing up sometimes only possible with cold water
First impression: Oh dear, second impression: a good time
When we arrived at this site, we were greeted nicely and found a pitch with a very steep slope, so that our caravan had to be maneuvered several times so that it didn't rest on the back when driving onto the pitch. The pitch was also very uneven. But you could come to terms with it. In the first two... days, the toilet facilities were worse than on a public rest area, dirty, with clean and dirty toilet paper everywhere. The next morning we were woken up at 7.30am by children screaming and shouting, the children present were screaming and playing tag, hide and seek and Co..... between the caravans. This continued for the first two days, then some families left and despite the many children it became much quieter. The lake is beautiful and actually invites you to swim. Unfortunately, there was a sign at reception stating that bacteria had been detected in the lake and that swimming was at your own risk. You can hire canoes, stand up paddles and kayaks, but the price was quite steep, two hours 300 crowns or 1 hour 250 crowns. The lake and the adjacent river are wonderful to paddle on. The café serves good pizza and waffles. There is a supermarket within walking distance. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. After the first two days, we ended up really liking the place.

Sanitary completely ok. Quiet area. Price okay. All incl. 370SEK. However, no lakeside pitch.

Nothing to complain about.
Great place by the lake. Arrived at 4 pm without booking and got a nice place.
A cozy place to travel to Vimmerby the next day. Pippi is a MUST

Large plots, super nice staff

Lake access not only for campers, Hulstfred itself is unfortunately not a nice Citty, restaurant would be quite nice on the square
Beautiful camping pitch with lake view
A beautiful Campingpaltz , with super nice and helpful staff , had booked a place right on the lake and thus had the perfect view .
Unfortunately the village itself is not really worth seeing.
Well and mosquitoes shouldn't be a problem for a camper either.
If we travel to Sweden again I would definitely visit this place again.
