"And suddenly everything is different - The atmosphere on Halloween was very good. Otherwise, the campsite has lost its charm in the last year. The prices for the children's activities have risen and in our opinion are no longer justified. The new wash house is still very nice, but the cleanliness has deteriorated. This was our 4th time at the Mohrenhof for Halloween. The Seekneipe was not open daily as usual during the fall vacation week. However, this was not announced on the homepage. So on the day of arrival we couldn't eat at the campsite as planned, but had to go out again by car and find something first. As we were traveling with 4 families, we had a lot of fun. And the atmosphere at Halloeeen is really special. But in 2025 we will try out a different campsite. The pitch prices and the prices for the rental properties are now too high for the fact that the campsite is in the middle of the countryside, i.e. somewhere in the middle of nowhere. We won't be treating ourselves to this again. For the money, we prefer the location on Lake Garda with its far better infrastructure and Italian flair. We've always loved staying at the Mohrenhof, but at some point the pain threshold is reached. When one door closes, a new one opens.

"Great and beautiful campsite - Super nice large campsite with lots to keep the children and adults busy. Especially the pony rides were great. Carmen was warm and welcoming to the children. Just as much praise for the archery! Super cool guy who explained everything so well and it was really fun. The sanitary facilities were super clean and tidy! But everyone was super nice and friendly - we'll be back!

"Assessment - It is a nice clean place, unfortunately there is not so much to discover in the area you always have to drive. But I can definitely recommend the place

"Great for children of all ages - The confirmation email for the online booking contained the exact location, so that we - as late check-in guests in the off-season - were able to find our place easily when reception was no longer staffed in the evening. However, help is always available in the restaurant next door. The site is in the countryside, so please do your shopping beforehand, as there are no perishable goods or fridge items left in the store in the off-season.

"Not suitable for small children - Super quiet location, but unsuitable for small children. As we wanted to go away at the beginning of October, we were looking for a campsite for children with indoor play facilities. The Mohrenhof offers this with its play barn. Unfortunately, this is completely unsuitable for children under the age of 4/5, which is why we were only able to spend a short time there. The large playground by the lake also only has a baby swing for the little ones, but that was it. The alpacas and ponies are cute, but as you can only spend 1 hour a day with the animals for free, the activities here are also limited. Of course, breaks are also important for the animals! We were disappointed with the play opportunities, which is why we won't be coming back.
