"fine week in the forest - Lovely quiet campsite, in the middle of the woods, plenty of walking and cycling opportunities, for the children many play facilities with rackets, bats, jeu de boules balls that you can borrow from the campsite. very quiet during the week, in the weekend some more children and groups, but plenty of room for everyone.

Centrally located in the ♥ of the Netherlands, hidden in the forests of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, between the village centers of Hollandsche Rading and Lage Vuursche, our nature campsite is located in a gently sloping natural landscape. Our campsite is …located in the middle of nature on the border of the province of North Holland and Utrecht, on the border with the Goois Nature Reserve, the Stichtse Vecht, the Loosdrechtse Plassen and the Eemland. Quietly camping under the trees, waking up to the chirping of many different birds and sitting in the sun as it heats the site. Assured of peace and quiet due to its location at the end of paved roads, the campsite is ideal for people who still enjoy real peace and quiet. Far away from the busy life, it is very suitable here to relax undisturbed. Back to nature, without busy city sounds, but only with the chirping of birds in the background, you can relax here. We are also ideally located for active holidaymakers who enjoy walking and cycling. Several marked routes for extensive walking and cycling tours run directly past the nature campsite. When you return satisfied from your trip through the unique wooded and natural environment, it is extremely pleasant to relax in your own tent or caravan. For suggestions, please refer to the Environment page. Our campsite is also very suitable for families with small children, especially around the central area with the sandbox and swings. The car-free terrain is safe for the little ones to play. Experience has shown that children up to approximately 8 years of age have a great time during their stay. We also have a jeu de boules court and a table tennis table. We also have the option of barbecuing on our stone BBQ or making a campfire in the two small fire pits that we have. The site is almost 2 hectares in size and has 60 places for caravans and large tents for recreational camping during the season (april - october). In almost all places it is possible to connect to electricity (10 amps/Euro plug). We have several places for small and medium-sized tents in the middle of the site with 6 amps. As of the 1st of december 2024 we will be opening half the campsite for Winter camping!! The witer seaoen will last until march 31st.

Bij car(avan/camper)You 'll take de N417 from de Bilt and turn right in Hollandsche Rading, cross the railroad, 2 km straight on. At 2 km we have a …small train station with half-hour service which makes it comfortable to visit Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort. From the camping you reach the surroundings best by bike or foot.Nice cafe's and restaurants around.
