The site is in a wooded area, so there are tall conifers everywhere, so pleasant shade in summer. The disadvantage: no SAT reception. But the site is well covered by the many WLan antennas. The sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained, showers are... included.
The campsite also has a beautiful beach by the lake, but this is off-limits to dogs. However, if you walk a little in the forest with your furry friends, you'll come to secluded spots where they can get into the water.
The beach is also open to non-campers, so it's very popular at the weekend. What's not so good is that the reception is also the kiosk. This means that if a lot of people want to buy their ice cream and coffee there, you have to queue to be able to register. There is also a restaurant, but I can't say any more about it as I haven't tried it.
There is a playground and a great mini golf course.
The pitches are numbered, the "boundaries" of the pitches are also quite clear at the edge, but in the middle area the signs with the pitch numbers are sometimes (for a visitor) quite haphazardly in the area.
The ground is quite sandy and strewn with pine needles. There is relatively little grass.

We recommend a cycle tour around Lake Norra-Dellen, approx. 57 km, and the Avholmsberget café at 203 cm. We really enjoyed it and will be back. Everything was tidy and clean. Well-spaced pitches and well-kept nature trails. The tour with the canoe we rented on site across the lake followed by a sauna session was our highlight. The adventure mini golf course was the best for the kids.
