"Super nice place - It was very nice. The place was very clean and the landscape was a dream. All in all, very well maintained and tidy. I would go to this campsite again and again.

"Top place - Very friendly staff, everything TOP! We were there by boat over Ascension Day. Despite Corona, everything was very nice. Beach open, pool open, swimming pool open.

"Not a 5-star place - Be careful not to make any down payments. Here you have to pay in advance, sometimes months in advance. In spring, no services could be provided by the campsite, swimming pools, playgrounds, sanitary buildings all closed, only a piece of grass in the Corona hotspot was available. Nevertheless, the request to come, there would be no money back. Even when the campsite was closed for months, no refund or rebooking was possible at first. After tough negotiations, we gritted our teeth and received a partial refund, even garbage fees and tourist tax that had not been incurred were withheld. "They wouldn't value customers who demand something, the waiting list is long enough." Even now, in the fall, only partial reimbursement, although Bergen is a corona hotspot with more than 300 infected people per 100,000 inhabitants. In Germany, the whole district would be locked up. Please don't make a deposit, tell the campsite and go somewhere else. The only way to be customer-friendly here is to withdraw money. The site is beautifully situated and easily accessible. With an outdoor pool, indoor pool and seaside pool, there is a lot on offer on paper. The outdoor pool is unheated, the indoor pool is more or less just a rectangular pool and the water in the lido is discolored due to a lack of water exchange and oxygen. Aqua fun climbing costs a steep surcharge. The children are only entertained in Dutch, even though there are mostly German children. The lawn is no longer being renewed. A gradual restructuring is taking place, away from the campsite and towards the Marina vacation park. Charlets and Marina are constantly being expanded. Dr Platz is expensive and aims for a price structure like Renesse, without being able to offer a real sea. The sanitary facilities are often dirty, even in the off-season, and dim lighting in the toilets is apparently intended to soften the visual impact. The site is popular with youth groups and noisy.

"Great place by the lake - Great campsite on the Leukermeer, with a very shallow beach, even for small children. Modern sanitary facilities, with pool and children's playground. Electricity, water and waste water connections available on site.

"It's more for the Dutch. - The announcements are only in Dutch. Kidsclub also only in Dutch. When money is collected at the entrance from the day guests, no child or adult can get to the store as everything is closed off. Sanitary facilities very nice but toilets very dark and often unclean, dogs are allowed to swim on the children's beach despite signs.

"No 5 stars - Many permanent campers who invite their guests and do not adhere to the rules. Dogs run free. When we arrived we thought it was bulky waste until we realized that a permanent camper was changing pitches. We had the pile of garbage in front of us for 3 days. Even a comfort pitch is no use.

Profil

This pleasant holiday park is located at Leukermeer lake, in the middle of De Maasduinen national park. The campsite is surrounded by 300 ha of water, forest and heather fields, which offer many activities of leisure and possibilities of hiking …or cycling excursions. The restaurant terraces offer a nice view on the lake. You will also enjoy the indoor pool (with sauna and waves) or the fitness room. You are welcome!
