However, you should not expect the usual camping pitch standard. The pitches are all on a meadow, freely selectable, sometimes quite sloping, electricity connections available, longer cable would be good. Directly adjacent to the pitches,... without any separation, is an international camp for scouts and youth groups in tents, with space for more than 4,000 participants! This means that there is always noise, even in the evening hours due to campfires and night games and activities. The sanitary facilities for the campers are simply beyond criticism. In the 2 weeks we were there, it was only cleaned once, and that extremely superficially (not even garbage bins were emptied or vermin removed from the shower trays or washbasins). Wasps and spiders without end in this cottage, two showers each (standard 60s) and toilets that hardly deserve this description. No drinking water at the washbasins, brown water, very tasty when brushing your teeth. All in all, the sanitary area is simply a horror, an unparalleled imposition. The reception is not always manned, knowledge of English is necessary. We were lucky enough to reach a friendly German lady, but she was completely new and had no idea about the modalities at the campsite. You can fish directly at the Mörrum, canoes can be hired on site. Back to the roots or camping à la scout camp is probably the best way to describe it.Automatiskt översatt.
