- Wolfgang B.July 2023Positiva- Top location at the southern end of Krk - beautiful bay with the most beautiful view on the whole island - Well-parceled campsite with sufficiently large pitches - Most of the pitches are pleasantly shaded by trees - well-maintained site, very clean (paths cleaned immediately even after rain showers) - Sufficient sanitary facilities in good, clean condition - very nice pebble beach at the bay with a great restaurant - Shopping facilities directly on site are good (except for opening hours) - Baked goods in the bistro are fresh and delicious - Value for money in the restaurant is very good. - Good slipway for boats - Dog beach is a good solution for guests with dogs and does not disturb guests without dogsNegativa- a lot of daily delivery and garbage truck traffic on the road to the beach (estimated 10-20 delivery and garbage trucks daily) - Beach largely occupied by rental umbrellas (more space for free sun loungers would be nice) - Opening hours of the store only until 15:00 on certain days is unfavorable - Slight odor nuisance due to garbage cans on the way to the beach and probably due to smells from manhole covers - Electricity/water columns partly only available on higher pitch terrace (and therefore not easily accessible)excellent naturist campsite in the south of KrkThe visit to Camping Bunculuka was our first to a naturist campsite.
It was an absolutely positive experience. The guests are relaxed. You are allowed, but you don't have to do anything. After visiting Krk, Punat (including Konobe Beach), Vrbnik, Malinska and Njivice, we rated the bay of Bunculuka as... the most beautiful "corner" of the island.
The campsite is very clean, well parceled out and managed by a friendly team.
The beach was always full, but tolerably so. At other bays on the island we felt like we were stepping on each other's toes because it was so crowded.
The island is great and (if it's not too hot) also very inviting for hiking (e.g. a great path from Baska Crkva Sv. Ivan to Hlam [461m] or through Kanjon Vrženica)
All in all, a fantastic place that makes you want to come back again.Automatiskt översatt. - Ferdinand L.September 2022PositivaComplete satisfaction, starting with the reservation, reception, cleanest sanitary facilities, good restaurant. Will be back.NegativaUnfortunately, free-roaming dogs....t's not their fault, it's the people who have problems with them.NUDISMComplete satisfaction from the reservation to the reception, to the cleanest sanitary facilities.
The restaurant is also great, not too extensive, but something for everyone. Lots of activities available, just a short walk and you're in Baska.
I will be back.Automatiskt översatt. - Florian Z.August 2022PositivaUncomplicated and friendly reservation or postponement, birthday surprise! Location (bay, hiking trails, view of islands, walking distance to Baska)NegativaSteep to insurmountable approach with caravans; many pitches exposed to storms, but the best pitches are mobile homesMixed balance sheetIn defence and clarification: in contrast to Austria or Italy, for example, where entire beaches belong to hotels, campsites or private individuals, it is impossible by law to privatize a beach in Croatia. This explains why "strangers" also have access at all times. In the case of Bunculuka, this is... actually a disadvantage because many people flee from the even more crowded Baska. But what the many textile workers (often with dogs) are doing here is a mystery to me, as a lot of flair is lost. If you can, you can continue on foot or by cab boat to the other bays, which is accordingly busy, unfortunately. We had to postpone due to illness, but it was no problem at all - we even received kind wishes for recovery. It's all the more incomprehensible why caravans are directed down and then left up to the Comfort Mare pitches (our caravan was only 5 meters short), and even with the shortest caravan sits with a car drawbar or caravan on! At the reception, we shrugged our shoulders, but at least a tractor was organized for us for the transport, 20Euro the driver arrived early in the morning on time. WC facilities are meticulously cleaned by a friendly cleaning team, in general it would be a nice place, unfortunately the many most beautiful and sheltered places are blocked by many empty mobile homes. Grocery store rather poor and somewhat more expensive than the large one in Baska. "Playground" outdated with Eastern Bloc charm. Successful birthday surprise for my wife (personal congratulations and a bottle of wine in the morning very nice) made up for a lot, also some trails to explore the area or visit Krk worth a day trip. Nevertheless, or especially in view of the even more massive price increases in 2023, we won't be coming back any time soon.Automatiskt översatt.
- Hank C.June 2020PositivaWeather was very niceNegativaWe booked a naturist camp especially to be among naked people. Unfortunately, no such luck. Far too many "textiles". The facility has absolutely nothing to do with naturism. We had booked a mobile home for 2 people. Much too small. You can hardly get into bed without getting bruises, the bedroom is so small. The mirror in the bathroom is an imposition. Therefore far too expensive. Beach, even now in Corona time, full. There were no sunbeds, also due to Corona. According to other guests, they should have cost 20,-€/day incl. umbrella. Really a joke. Not recommended for us. Take a look at the other reviews, e.g. on Booking-Com.Vacation June/July 2020We cannot recommend the resort to others, as nudism is not practiced here and the price-performance ratio is simply not right. The price for the mobile homes is simply too high and there is not enough space on the beach, as guests from outside are also allowed access.Automatiskt översatt.
- rob r.September 2019PositivaA fkk place!NegativaPerformance and price, an absolute contradiction herenice naturist camp but unfortunately outrageously expensiveIt is a nice naturist place that has been renovated and expanded. The price is outrageous, especially in the high season! The facilities can be described as good middle class, the price is absolutely unreasonable. In addition, the very small beach (in relation to the pitches) can also be used by guests from outside the campsite, for a fee of course. The dog beach is ridiculously small and cramped!Automatiskt översatt.
- Sylvia S.June 2019PositivaThe placeNegativaExpensive sun lounger rental, no own camping beach. Very small dog beachDisappointingVery, very small dog beach. 2 sunbeds with 1 umbrella cost 20 per day, but there are only 5 available on the dog beach. You are not allowed to have your own sun loungers there... Steep site with small pitches, narrow bay. We didn't like it. We left after one night, it was no problem. The staff are very friendly.Automatiskt översatt.
- Ralf P.September 2018PositivaLocalGreat located CPWe will be back again. CP in a great location. Unfortunately far too full at the time of our visit. Limited options on the beach as there were a lot of sunbeds (20 @ per day).Automatiskt översatt.
- Gábor B.July 2018PositivaGood location, nice views here and there, close to the town.NegativaThe beach is small and full of expensive sunbeds for hire, even though the campsite is not cheap. The better places are all taken by mobile homes.Nice place, but quite expensive...A friendly campsite, many sites could have good views, but most are occupied by mobile homes. From the upper parts it is a nice hike to the waterfront or the shop :)Automatiskt översatt.
- Kilian A.July 2018PositivaIdeal location, beautiful beaches within walking distanceNegativaVery crowded in summer, cleanliness deteriorates somewhat, many clothed people, price is too highBeautiful place that used to be betterWe were here in July 2018, the location of the campsite is ideal, on one side you can reach the town of Baska within a few minutes, on the other side you can find one beautiful beach after the other. The beach at the campsite is also nice, but I have the feeling that there are more sunbeds and umbrellas... on the beach with every stay. Since the campsite belongs to Valamar, the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities has deteriorated somewhat (especially in the large house). During the day, a lot of people walk across the beach, even with their clothes on, to get to the back beaches. Even on the pitches, you can always find people wearing clothes. The price is also too high!Automatiskt översatt.
- Thomas D.June 2018PositivaTop sanitary, great for dogs, very relaxingNegativaPremium Mare pitches do not deliver what they promise, very expensiveBeautiful place with difficult accessWere there in June 2017. Had already booked one of the few Premium Mare pitches in January in the hope that it was really premium. Unfortunately, we were completely disappointed. The pitches are not really big and are all completely in the shade under trees. By Premium Mare I mean a clear view of the... sea. This is only given on one pitch, on all other pitches you are always looking at your neighbor. And at completely exorbitant prices. 13 nights = 725€ !!! To make matters worse, there was a tree on the pitch assigned to us, so we couldn't get onto it (Womo 7.50mtr). But now to the positive. After we had reported our problem with the pitch to reception, we were able to look around the site and choose another free pitch. There are much nicer pitches than the Premium Mare. As the site is terraced, the paths are difficult, but everything is within walking distance. Quality and service in the restaurant very good. Sanitary always top clean. Sufficient selection in the shops. The dog beach is about 25% of the entire beach and really great. I don't understand the previous speakers who complain that the most beautiful section is reserved for dogs. It's the same beach. Unfortunately, nudism is not really practiced here. Lots of dressed people, but we didn't care.Automatiskt översatt.Besvaras från Camping Bunculuka 4* June 18, 2018Dear Mr. Driftmeier,

- Peter B.May 2018PositivaBeautiful locationNegativaToo expensive for a place that sells itself under a false name (FKK).No nudism but clothing optionalThis has little to do with nudism. With kind regards,Automatiskt översatt. - Nico L.August 2017PositivaLocation, beach, peace and quiet, clean sanitary facilitiesNegativaVery crowded in summer, towel reservation, many pensioners, couples without children, lunchtime is disturbed by cars on the CP, dog beachVery nice naturist campsite with a great beachWe were here in August 2017, it was our first time in Croatia, we had previously enjoyed the south of France. The campsite, especially the sanitary facilities, have been renovated and are looked after by a 24-hour staff member, so they are very clean. The site itself could be a little better maintained,... but the location is simply fantastic. You can walk to Baskar in about 10 minutes, but once you have enjoyed the peace and location of the campsite, you will quickly avoid the lively Baskar. It should also be mentioned that this is a naturist site and we did not notice that the majority of visitors did not adhere to this. Live music in the evening and fresh bread rolls in the morning complete the package. We will definitely be back. Too bad that the most beautiful part of the beach is declared a dog beach.Automatiskt översatt.
- Maria K.August 2017PositivaBeautifully situated Quiet Beautiful beach Shady and sunny spots Secluded beaches to the left of the bayNegativaNo poolBeautiful campsiteBeautiful, quiet campsite. - Friedrich B.July 2017Positivabeautiful locationNegativaFar too expensive, the beach is overcrowded, the site is very unkempt, the sanitary facilities are old. Pitches are getting fewer and smaller.Far too expensiveA pitch for 2 people and WOMO costs around 60 euros in 2017. In 2016 it was still 45 euros. That is pure usury. The pitch is extremely unkempt. Some of the grass is 50 cm high.Automatiskt översatt.
- Mike K.June 2017PositivaBeautiful place in a wonderful rocky landscape. You can look forward to hiking and climbing tours in the mountains. Wonderful separate bathing bays.NegativaService by the book at reception. Adapter required for electricity.Being naked is pleasantly normal here.Electricity is always included in the price. That's why you can't deselect it. You need a suitable adapter everywhere to get to the normal standard. -> Bring your own cable and adapter. The site is clean and beautiful. The fire department facilities should be checked again. There are also nice places... for tents. The playground lacks a few seating options for parents. The surrounding area is beautiful and invites you to hike and climb. My tip: go hiking/climbing in the beautiful bathing bays to the east of the campsite. Simply enchanting. But be careful, not for the inexperienced or small children. But the mountains in the direction of Vela Luka are also suitable and beautiful for families. In Baska, right next door, you can do everything: shopping, swimming, aquarium, restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, semi-submarine trips, harbor, sports boats, money exchange, etc. The path along the beach is also beautiful. Take advantage of the money exchange offers in Baska. Always ask what you can really get for 100 euros. There is also a lack of friendliness. (Reception) Service is by the book. This certainly has to do with the operators of the campsite chain and the rotation of staff. If you had any questions or even wanted to ask about excursion destinations, you were immediately put off. You were dealt with. There were also exceptions.Automatiskt översatt.

- Karl-Heinz M.September 2015PositivaVery beautiful location, many well signposted hiking trails, cleanliness on the siteNegativano possibility to exclude "non-campers" from the beachBeautifully situatedIt is a naturist campsite which is laid out in terraces and has a very beautiful and idyllic pebble beach which is unfortunately very often used by people who do not live on the campsite. Unfortunately, I have heard that the campsite will be closed next year, but this has not yet been 100% confirmedAutomatiskt översatt.
