"It's not a camping, but a parking! - The terrain is a parking for the crowded Jaz beach. The owner is aggressive. No hot water. Blinding spolight during night. Drunk guys singing until 2 am. Mosquitos and frogs. Planes fly over the camping. Avoid it.

"That's what we call a disaster - This is a parking lot. The sanitary facilities are a disaster. Only the large and noisy beach offers variety for children. We have seen many places, but nothing like this. Failed. Grade 6-.

" - We visited the "Jaz" campsite in search of a nice spot. In my opinion, this site no longer deserves to be called a campsite - that would be a disservice to the campsite owners who really make an effort to look after their site. Among the many cars that are lined up on the site, there is the occasional caravan or motorhome parked here and there. It is a very dirty site and is very busy with day visitors from the surrounding area and the local population. It is reminiscent of mass tourism in Italy, Croatia and Budva, for example! The beach is also very dirty and nobody thinks it's worth the effort to clean it up, even though the day guests have to pay €3 to park their car. There is a large music stage nearby where you can listen to very loud music until late at night or until the early hours of the morning. I can't recommend this place as I would have a guilty conscience but everyone is free to do so!

" - very low standard, price was 15 euros for two people and a camper for 2 nights. we found later much better places for 14 euros per night. if you dont need to have a shower and do not mind drunk guys singing over night or listening to radio from cars at 2 am in the morning then this is your place. fo rus it was horrible experience, the only good thing was that the beach is 50 meters from the camp but too crowdy to stay there. try better a camp in Veslo or in kotor bay (naluka).

" - extremely low standard even for Montenegro. Expensive for what they have to ffer. No hot water, better to take a shower at the public beach unless you want to sit on the toilet bowl taking a shower. Dirty grounds, noisy during the daytime. No vista to the sea - seperated by a public access road and parking facilities as well as a row of restaurants sitting on an about 5m high sand dune.

" - We had 3 nights mid-August. Close to Budva and comfortable place to stay, which can shop around and look. Daytime park many cars coming to the beach, they leave more filth and litter. Noisy during the day. Night is quiet and peaceful. No mosquitoes. There is a woman who takes care of hygiene and that is very contentious and irritable. No hot water. Hygiene of sanitary facilities is low.

Vägbeskrivning

Jaz Hostel and Campsite is located in Lastva Grbaljska, off the main road Budva-Tivat. It is 5 km away from Budva and 2 km from Jaz beach. From Tivat and Kotor direction it is reachable by the medium 15 minutes …by car or bus ride. You can take the bus from Kotor, Tivat or Budva, ask the driver to stop at Lastva Grbaljska across from the car wash. Tivat Airport (Time 10 mins) - Turn right as you leave airport, heading towards Budva until you reach a crossroads, keep travelling straight for 12km until you reach the Lastva bus stop after. You will aslo see the Bus Stop/Car wash & cafe. You will know when you almost there as there's a Pantomarket supermarket on the left 100 meters before this stop. Take the right turn here (you will also see a large sign Aruba) and follow the signs for Camp Jaz Hostel. Follow this road around for 1 km, until you reach the sign for the hostel (pointing to the left). Dubrovnik Airport (Time 1 hour 30m) - Drive south to Montenegrin border, and follow the main coast road passing though Herceg Novi. Kumbor, Bijela until you reach 24h short car ferry at Kamenari (free on foot or bicycle or 4 euro in a car each way). Cross the fjord and follow road to Tivat, pass straight through Tivat and follow the Budva road for 10km until you reach the Bus Stop/Car Wash at Lastva. See directions from Tivat Airport. There is a new supermarket (Panto Market) just before the bus stop on the left side. The bus stop has hourly or more regular services for Kotor (15 mins), Budva (10 MINS) and Tivat (15 mins).
