The pitch was largely level, big enough for our semi-integrated, had grass pavers as a surface and dried quickly after rain. Electricity, very good Wi-Fi and showers were included in the price.
The staff at reception were friendly and... helpful, and almost everyone spoke German or English.
The small store offered the essentials at fair prices and fresh bread rolls in the morning. The sanitary building is relatively new, was always clean and was cleaned several times a day. However, there was no toilet paper in the toilets and no paper towels / hand dryers at the washbasins (the operator should increase the daily price by 50 cents and add toilet paper / hand dryers).
The place is located about 3 KM north of Malcesine unfortunately a bit out of the way and not directly on the lake (to the lake about 700 m walk). There was a stop for the tourist bus directly in front of the campsite, which took you to various destinations in the Malcesine region for €1.50. We often used the bus for longer excursions, the bus stop was about a 10-minute walk away.
There are several restaurants within a radius of about 1 km where you could eat well and at reasonable prices. Down by the lake you were directly on the shared footpath and cycle path. This was very easy to cycle along to the north and south in both directions.

Use of the wash house on the campsite, which was fine, was not allowed even for an extra charge.Washrooms of the parking space unacceptableEvery morning, the owner sits in front of the screen and comes out like a watchdog to stop visitors to the pitch from using the wash house on the campsite. Almost everyone tries because the rusty container on the pitch is an imposition. For D and H, one toilet without paper and one shower (only for a fee) for 20 pitches.

The location is very quiet as it is away from the main road. The pitches are grassy on a soil and gravel base, the paths are paved. Water always drains away well after prolonged rain. The sanitary facilities are relatively new, clean and are cleaned... regularly. You have to bring your own toilet paper and soap, which is normal for Italy and something we have also experienced at 4-star campsites. The site has a small bar, a mini market and a bread roll service to order, which was also possible by telephone. You can get coffee, homemade cakes and tiramisu which was delicious. The Lombardi family is very friendly, helpful and speaks German. A tourist bus leaves every hour directly in front of the door to Malcesine. This makes it quieter than the pitches directly on the lake. The pitches are on grass and gravel under olive trees, some of which are very old. The pitches are not huge and you sometimes have to maneuver a bit, but they are sufficient. The staff are... friendly throughout and the sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day. It is in a very quiet location on a side street with little traffic. The pitches are a bit narrow. I had to maneuver my 7m motorhome several times to get into the pitch. The site is ideal for hiking on Monte Baldo or visiting the town. The beach is about 200m away. The sanitary facilities are new and are cleaned several times a day.
