The campsite is well designed and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The pitches are small but adequate. The location on the edge of the forest with a barefoot path is particularly attractive.

**Child friendliness: 4 out of 5 stars**

The campsite is well suited for... families. In addition to the barefoot path, there is a large and small playground and a swimming pool. The natural surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for discovery, and there is even an indoor play area for younger children.

**Sanitary facilities: 3 out of 5 stars**

There are two sanitary buildings. The upper building has enough toilets and a changing table, but there is no soap at the washbasin. Flushing in the outdoor area is done with cold water. The facilities are old but functional.

The lower building has sinks with hot water, several showers and sufficient toilets. However, the water pressure in the showers is low, which limits comfort.

**Restaurant: Not rated**

The restaurant was not visited and therefore cannot be rated.

Overall, the campsite offers a good experience, especially for families with children.

Extremely beautiful, quiet place
The manageable campsite is beautifully situated next to the forest and fields. There are many opportunities for hiking and walking. The operators are very friendly and helpful.
There are two very clean and well-kept sanitary buildings.
There is a well-equipped indoor play area for children right next... to the restaurant. It is very pleasant that there are no flashing, beeping, electronic devices, but children can climb, run and move around. A beautiful swimming pool rounds off the positive impression.
The small store and restaurant cater for guests' physical well-being.
An all-round fascinatingly beautiful and very quiet place. Highly recommended.

Beautiful campsite, good location, nice hiking area, extensive selection in the store, delicious fresh bread.

Dirty plumbing, cold pool, unfriendly at reception, most pitches are quite small
Was disappointing!
The reception was anything but friendly. There is little parking when you arrive so you are in the middle of the path. When you check in at the reception you MUST first pay the whole camping fee or you won't get in. There are only 6 ladies showers for the whole campground with very little water coming... out. Waiting every morning! Plumbing is cleaned very early in the morning, halfway through the day incredibly dirty! Should have happened more. Pool ice cold! Every day a man drives across the campsite with an old car, too fast and the car stinks enormously. Not nice when you are sitting outside having breakfast. Plus points of the campground are very nice location, large and beautiful hiking area, good camping shop where you can buy a lot and the man in the shop is friendly! The woman behind the reception could learn a thing or two!

Wonderfully situated place
We spent six nights here. We were welcomed with a warmth that you don't often find !!!! The campsite offers a great pool, a super tasty restaurant, a store where you can find everything you need at reasonable prices. A huge playground, a barefoot park and absolute peace and quiet at night. Only the pitches... are quite difficult to reach with large caravans and are sometimes very sloping. The next village Larochette with the great old castle can also be reached on foot without any problems. We felt more than comfortable and will definitely be back !!!!!

From our point of view, everything is fine.
There is really nothing to add to what ute-233 said. We felt comfortable with our Border Terrier on the course and have very fond memories of it. THANK YOU.

Beautiful nature campsite in a quiet location, right next to the forest, sanitary facilities partly older, but clean and functional, very nice operator family, good excursion possibilities nearby (Muellerthal, Trier, Bitburg, city of Luxembourg...) If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you can't go wrong here.

wonderful location, quiet despite many children, very tasteful design of the place, close to nature, diverse loose trees, very friendly owners, hiking trails and mountain bike tours starting from the place, nicely made barefoot path, lots of information about hiking in the area

Super dejlig familiedrevet campingplads, hvor man føler sig hjemme ved første besøg. Ligger ikke ret langt fra den meget større "Birkelt", og er ejet af nogle hollændere...
