- Location, approx. 5 km to the beach to Carcans Plage -The lake is just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for bathing and swimming with small children - There are restaurants, groceries, bakeries, ice cream, stores,... right next to the campsite. -when we were here in August, there was live music in Maubission in the evening, great vacation atmosphere -very friendly staff on the CP -very large pitch with trees, -well-maintained and spacious toilets and showers

Beautiful CP
As the pitches right by the sea were all full, we ended up here. We actually only wanted to stay 1 night, but ended up staying 6 nights.
Although the campsite is very large, we had a great, huge and quiet pitch.
Very friendly and helpful staff

Well worth a visit
Beautifully situated campsite. Pine forest provides shade for the pitches. Simple but very clean sanitary facilities. The beach on the lake is approx. 500m on foot from the pitch. There are also various stores here for shopping. The sea is about 4.5 km away. Friendly staff at the reception.

a little warped
Large campsite with many permanent guests, but the site is in a super ingenious location between a beautiful lake and the Atlantic Ocean. Depending on the weather, you always have the opportunity to do water sports. The sanitary facilities are very basic, but very clean. The campsite is in a pine forest and without an awning you run the risk of hitting your head with huge falling cones. But I would come here again at any time.

I was pleasantly surprised and can't confirm the previous reviews. The site is well laid out and the location is great. The sanitary facilities are simple but sufficient and clean. The campsite is very quiet and the staff are friendly. However, the distance to the beach stated on the website is somewhat... "inflated". By car it is 4 1/2 kilometers, by bike about 6 km (to reach via a beautiful bike path. We were there with two people (without children) in the high season and will definitely go back again.
