Nice uncomplicated staff 95% Dutch on site, should not mean anything bad and is also normal when you are on vacation in the Netherlands as a German :-) But it's a bit difficult for the kids to make friends. But it's still easy to get around!Any time again! Well looked after!We were there with 3 families during the Whitsun vacation. The place is super tidy! The staff are really friendly! The wash house isn't the most modern, but it's clean! There's lots on offer for children. There's never a dull moment: covered play barn, great playgrounds, soccer pitch, mini golf, free... entry to the swimming pool with slide, swimming lake, horse farm nearby. The camping market is small, but as you are just over the border, you can shop easily in Denekamp and the surrounding area, as well as in Nordhorn.Automatiskt översatt.

It was still quite early in the season, so the bathing lake wasn't really usable yet despite the great weather. But it doesn't matter, there is a swimming pool. The restaurant next to the indoor playground was out of order.... There was also garbage here and there in the corners, could be a bit tidier. I found the little train that runs across the site worth mentioning. (Is the boss still driving it himself?) After a big lap around the square, there was a free ice cream for every child on the train.... The older gentleman at the wheel of the towing vehicle clearly enjoyed this tour... TOP. We were pretty much the only Germans on the site, but it wasn't a problem. Reception spoke broken German, but was very nice and helpful. We had a pitch with private sanitary facilities behind it, by a pond. The pitch was a good size, the private... sanitary facilities were clean and practical, but were not cleaned in between. Affordable for just under 30/night. The site was otherwise also clean. Small supermarket available. Restaurant with snack bar.Automatiskt översatt.
- Nicola K.August 2013Beautiful campsite just over the border. We particularly liked the indoor pool, the swimming lake and the great playground. The pitches are very spacious! There is a small store and a restaurant / snack bar. Good for relaxing and unwinding with great excursion options on both the German and Dutch sides.... Very friendly and courteous staff, simple but clean sanitary facilities - the main facility is completely solar-heated and the toilets are flushed with rainwater!Automatiskt översatt.
