Opposite a climbing park, you can hear... the road a bit during the day, quiet at night.
Out of season, excursions to the Luberon, Avignon or Nimes are worthwhile. The nearby spring is worth a visit and you can eat well there.
You can see from the amount of bus/parking spaces provided that, unfortunately, mass tourism is the order of the day here in summer.

The location directly on the Sourge is wonderful and has a noticeable cooling effect, especially in the heat. There is direct access from the campsite with sunbathing facilities right on the river.
The nearby Fontaine de Vaucluse... and L' Isle sur la Sourge are great places to visit.
Washrooms and toilets on the site are clean and in good condition. A few more toilets would be nice, but this is a minor issue.
We had a nice shady pitch with water and a sink right on the pitch. Unfortunately, the pitch space was quite tight for the price (which is definitely in the upper segment). We were only just able to place our Eriba Troll with the awning extended. The car was already partly on the path.
All in all, however, a real recommendation. The staff were very friendly and we would come back at any time.

It's a great location for day trips: lÍsle sur-la Sorgue, Avignon, Gordes, Orange, Spirou Parc in Monteux, all close by.
The staff is very friendly and super nice!
You can order delicious pizza or other snacks at the snack bar or enjoy them right there.
The... pool is a nice size.
The pitches are partly parceled out, which we really liked. The Sorgue is too cold for swimming!
There is a soccer pitch and a tennis court for children, but not much else...

Some places were already closed, but that didn't bother us, which must be clear to anyone who goes to a campsite at the end of September. The daughter at reception is very nice. My favorite person to talk to. She still speaks English as a second... language. Even if you don't speak English or French very well, she helped me/us very well, even with sign language if necessary. Always courteous. She even printed out the train connections to Avignon for us without much prompting. It's very easy to travel from l'Isle sur la Sorgue to Avignon. The campsite is small but pleasant, clean and cozy. At the reception you can get beer by the glass, regional wine, information material and can order bread and rolls. There is also a table football game. You can sit comfortably next to the reception and enjoy free Wi-Fi. The river la Sorgue flows right next to it and there is a canoe station right next to it. If you tell them you're coming from the campsite next door, you get a 5 euro discount. Beautiful hiking trails lead from the campsite up into the mountains and to the olive groves. (Be careful further up there are free-roaming dogs in front of inhabited properties, but then they stopped, but it was not pleasant) On my camper profile page here, there is a link to our Youtube page. All four are always approachable and very friendly. The man of the house opens his pizza bakery in the evening and everything tastes good and is reasonably priced. Everything is very clean. The pitches are easy to reach.... During the day the country road is always audible, but at night there is hardly any traffic. The site is locked with a gate in the evening. A dip in the cold Sourge is recommended. There is a market in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue on Sundays. Look for a parking space early, as the place is then completely overcrowded. You can only hear the road during the day, but it didn't bother us. The host family is not only very friendly, but also takes excellent care of their guests. The cleanliness on the pitch... and in the sanitary facilities is impeccable. All in all, a campsite with a family that understands what it takes to be very busy even in the low season! Even in early summer, the site is already well occupied with few free pitches available. There are relatively many rental accommodations. The 2 sanitary buildings are... always in good condition. A spacious outdoor pool invites you to swim. In the reception building you can buy the most necessary things, further shopping facilities are in L'isle sur Sorgue. Baguettes, croissants etc. can be ordered for the morning. In the evening, the friendly owners offer a selection of fresh pizzas. There are many excursion possibilities in the area, also by bike.
