The location is very quiet and ideal as a starting point for walks or bike rides. With a dog you can enter the forest right next to the place. Nous avons eu des excellents repas au restaurant. The service is very kind and friendly. De nombreux clients sont de la région, ce qui est à mon avis un bon signe. Unfortunately, the tenant will change in the next few days.

Les lavabos des sanitaires sont trop petits et pas très pratiques. Furthermore, there is no freezing water. The temperature of the shower is not adjustable. It is variable, sometimes hot, sometimes cold. I asked the receptionist to leave the tent until two hours after noon so that the sun could shine after the rain. No chance. The site was already reserved and I could install the tent on another free site. Mais ce n'était pas faisable pour moi. In high season, not a question. Mais il y avait très peu de campeurs, et avec un peu de bonne volonté..... Pas très serviable et gentils, et pour moi une raison de ne pas revenir.

Le camping est idéalement situé pour différentes activités. Il est en grande partie occupé par des campeurs permanents. The sanitary facilities are very good, but a little small. Nous sommes allés il y deux ans pour deux nuits avec la tente et nous étions satisfaits. The restaurant was really excellent.... This year, we also stayed there for two nights with the tent. This time, the location we were given was not ideal as it was very dark in the morning. But this time again, the menus were very good and the restaurateur and his staff very friendly.

Ideal location
The campsite is located in the immediate vicinity of Gruyères Castle, the Cailler chocolate factory in Broc and the town of Bulle. Everything can be reached in a short time by bike, and the Moléson is not far away either.
The campsite left us with a well-kept impression. It's a shame that the showers have to be paid for separately and that there is only cold water in the washbasins.
We would definitely come back again.

Current is only 8 ampere fused.
Simple campsite
Electricity is only 8 ampere fused, no power all the time. Wouldn't be a problem if you knew in advance and didn't have to pay extra.

We spent three nights here with the caravan. The pitches are rather small. More suitable for motorhomes. We were the only guests who spent three nights there. The location is ideal for visiting the region or for hiking.
