If the weather plays along you can enjoy the beautiful clean beach. Unfortunately the water was still quite cold. In the immediate vicinity egtl. no special sights and the road to Gdansk, which is very worth seeing, is an imposition... due to the huge construction sites. Just like the last 150 km to Leba. No matter what the sat nav says, it's better to drive through the roadworks to Leborg than to take the supposed shortcuts on country roads, some of which are better dirt tracks. Good site, also suitable for a longer... stay.
At the end of May we were granted a very generous ACSI discount, therefore only PLN 98 per day (approx. € 22.80); without discount PLN 156 (approx. € 36), not quite cheap by Polish standards.

But it was the first one where the blonde lady at reception smiled in a friendly way and thanks to ACSI we were able to check in quickly. This made us feel really welcome, something we unfortunately missed at other campsites in... Poland.
The pine cones were removed from the free pitches and the paved paths were swept. The bin areas were clean. The sanitary facilities were cleaned again after 8pm.

It's a 10-minute walk to the beach. 20 minutes on foot to the town. The sanitary facilities were always cleaned properly during the day and are adequately sized. WLAN is available everywhere and the staff are friendly. Restaurants and stores are available. The pitches are big enough for campers + awning + free space. The site is guarded 24 hours a day. The beach is fantastic. We were able to take our dog for a relaxed walk. You have free access to the dune via the beach. Despite coronavirus, you can avoid each other as long as you don't go into the village. However, it is now far too crowded in high season.Automatiskt översatt.

The pitches are beautifully designed and very large (ours was about 140m²). The gardener does a very good job. Very good and clean sanitary facilities. The beach is about 700m away, the town center about 1.5km. There are no services on the campsite, no store, no bread... service, no snack bar, no restaurant etc. The stores in front of and around the campsite are all closed. The staff speak practically only Polish and are not very friendly. The nearest supermarket (Polo) is about 1.2 km away. You should bring your own toilet paper, there is only some on a pole in the corridor..., no idea what the operator is thinking! The reception is only open from 09:00-17:00. If you want to go to Polo before 09:00 to get bread rolls, you have to open the entrance gate yourself. Dogs are allowed to run free, which is unpleasant for non-dog owners. Not everyone likes dog poop in front of the tent and dogs peeing on the awning.Automatiskt översatt.

What we particularly liked: The site is close to the center of Leba and yet quiet. The campsite has a nice atmosphere with groups of bushes and small trees. The sanitary facilities are ok and are kept super clean. As far as places of interest are... concerned, the Leba dune and the open-air museum in Kluki (60 km) was a nice experience for us. Leba itself seems to be a party town for young people! At the beginning of June there was no sign of it. The season only starts here at the beginning of the vacations. Checking in was quite straightforward. We were allocated a huge pitch. The staff were friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are OK, only the mirrors in the men's washroom were cloudy almost all the time. It was clean and there... was a cleaning lady around all day. It was a pity that the hand soap in the dispenser was not refilled and there was no hand dryer. There is a shop right in front of the campsite. The kilometer-long beach can be reached on foot in five minutes. By bike you can be in Leba in 5 minutes and can throw yourself into the hustle and bustle. However, you won't notice any of this on the campsite. The hiking dune and the nature reserve can also be reached quickly by bike.
