We had come to spend the night and could easily find a place in the open spaces without having to unhitch.
New sanitary facilities.
The inn nearby is filling, but has a somewhat old-fashioned charm. Nevertheless, we were happy to be fed.

Quiet little campsite under new management.
The campsite is under new management and it shows. The entrance area has been redesigned, with disposal for motorhomes and a cozy terrace at the reception. There are 4 new showers and toilets. The main road is asphalted and the pitches are level and gravelled.

Friendly welcome, views of the countryside, beautiful hiking and cycling trails, lake with waterskiing facilities, new toilets and showers and automatic toilet cassette cleaning. A nice little café with sweets at the reception. Bread roll service is also available.

Hammering in pegs is a bit tedious
Inexpensive, friendly, beautifully situated
Even when it was very hot, there was always a cooling breeze blowing from the valley. The encounters with the dedicated campsite operator were just as refreshing.
We would love to come back again.

The campsite is very friendly from the staff, the prices are absolutely unbeatable and the location is also wonderful. It is a small campsite that is very peaceful and invites you to go hiking all around.

Easter Camping
We spent four days in Oberthulba with our four dogs after Easter. We couldn't complain at all, the sanitary facilities were completely new and excellently equipped. It was also very quiet and you could really relax.

A very nice transit site with a friendly site owner. The sanitary building is a bit removed from the pitches for transit campers. It is also not quite up to date, but is clean.

Outdated sanitary facilities
beautiful parking space in a quiet, beautiful location
-Beautiful pitch in a quiet and beautiful location -Dogs allowed and welcome! -bread roll service (operator brings the bread rolls directly to the camper/tent between 8 and 9 am) - 40 cents per bread roll -right on the lake (no swimming lake, wakeboard facility!) -recreation: beautiful cycling and hiking... trails -with 10€ per night (per pitch, no matter how many people, dog does NOT pay extra, incl. electricity) an absolute TOP price -only criticism: the sanitary facilities are quite old (but absolutely fine in terms of cleanliness) and were quite far away from our pitch.
