The 1st year everything was great and without any problems. The 2nd year the reception was already so unfriendly that we would have preferred to leave again. The operator didn't want any more groups, it would only get him into trouble. Then on... Friday evening at around 8pm our fellow campers, who had already been there for a week and had booked until Monday, were told to move because they were on the wrong pitch. This tone across the pitch with threats of police action was below the belt. As a result, our group decided to cancel our planned weekend the next morning and leave the site two days early. When paying on Saturday morning, the operator did not issue a receipt for the stay, insulted all 10 people in reception, saying he hated Germans, what the Nazis had already done to him. Friendly reception. The site looked a bit messy, in various places containers and cabins for maintenance equipment. They live next door, so they keep the site very tidy. For us it was bad that the meadow where we camped was freshly mown and all the remaining grass stuck... to the tent etc. due to the rain. In addition, the pub on the pitch played music quite loudly and for quite a long time at night. You should therefore not pitch your tent near the pub. The sanitary facilities are old, but fully functional and clean. The shower and toilet rooms were warm and we could even leave our wet towels hanging in the rooms to dry. All in all, a very comfortable campsite. We didn't think it was bad here, it's just a shame that it was noisier. But the campers were all very nice and we left with a good feeling.
