Our dog also felt very comfortable.
The campsite seems to have new operators who are gradually modernizing the site. There are still... mainly permanent campers staying there, but some campers were dismantling or renovating.
The sanitary building is very dated, simple but functional and clean.
We used the bread roll service, WLAN is available for a fee.

The Neudahn rock castle, for example, can be reached in just a few minutes.
If you have a bike with you, you can also quickly reach the town, e.g. to buy bread rolls.
We ordered... bread rolls at the campsite once and were told that we could pick them up around half past eight. However, it took another hour before they finally arrived - this is definitely too late for hikers who want to make the most of the day!
There is a campsite in the immediate vicinity, but pretty much everything is forbidden there: no children are allowed, showers are prohibited after 10 p.m., barbecues are not permitted, etc. etc. - The Moosbachtal campsite is less comfortable, but more camper-friendly ;-)Automatiskt översatt.- Daniel N.June 2019PositivaHiking,eating&drinking,relaxing Sunday coffee and cake very tasty 🤤NegativaAs a camper with low expectations, I have not been able to find anything for myselfJust the right thing for relaxing 👍👍👍👍Family-friendly small campsite. Can no longer be used for camping in Germany and certainly not recommended!Like 40 years agoThe groundskeeper, who is also the landlady, is usually rude, annoyed and difficult to reach. Unkempt grounds, everything no longer corresponds to the current standard of a German campsite. It's probably not necessary either, even though occupancy is low.
