Many pitches with private sanitary facilities which are highly recommended. Pool, restaurant and mini market are ok. All staff unmotivated and only do the bare minimum. Very expensive.

Were not used to anything like this from Italy.
Arrival was OK. Unfortunately the reception only spoke broken English or fluent Italian. Room 99 which we had was equipped with a water pressure equalizer which made constant noise day and night. WC no toilet seats. Showers dirty no toilet brushes. Some showers and toilet doors without lock. Sanitary... area without door and heating. Place with gravel when cleaned then only wet with hose not pulled off the first in looked exactly the same as before. Sanitary and sink area already quite rugged. Pitches quite narrow.

Nice campsite, with small flaws
The campsite is very nice. There are pitches of different sizes, but with a VW bus and 2 people, even in the low season you can hardly pay less than €30 even on the smallest pitches. One criticism is that the toilets don't have toilet seats :-( Some of the showers are a bit run down, with broken temperature... regulators and defective shower heads. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for showering in the front shower house. The positive thing is that you don't need shower tokens! The rest of the campsite is very nice, there are plenty of trees to provide shade. You can get bread rolls from the camp store without cash. You get an RFID wristband for this, which you have to top up with money. There is also a restaurant which looks very nice but was not tested. The pool is very nice and the terrace invites you to sunbathe. Otherwise, the campsite is an ideal starting point for the fantastic mountain bike tours around Finale.

We were there for 4 nights. We were very impressed by the complex, everything looks new and well maintained. The pool is amazing and well maintained! The restaurant is very tasty, with pizza starting at €6-7, which tastes great! Nice ambience in the restaurant too. The small market was cheaper than expected,... you can get everything you need there. Drinks, baked goods (bread rolls approx. 30 cents, croissant €1.10), large selection of cheeses and spreads. The "neighbors" were all extremely friendly, we were helped to set up our tent by an Italian extended family without us trying to communicate. We were very impressed! The staff, well, there were such and such. Some seemed very listless when we had questions. Others were extremely friendly and helpful. You should speak German rather than English, you'll have more success that way. The only criticism: the electricity connection we booked was occupied and also 10 meters away, but we were refunded the price. In addition, the sanitary facilities are very dirty and smelly! If they were in order, this would be a really great campsite!

This campsite is about 3 km from the beach (gravel) on a road with little traffic. Therefore no significant car noise even at night. Advantages: Very large pool and well-kept pool (approx. 20x12m) A restaurant with cheap offers (pizza from 8 euros) small supermarket (here you can also pre-order bread... rolls etc.). These facilities described above were very clean and well maintained. Disadvantages: The sanitary facilities are absolutely filthy and were not cleaned within the 2 days of our stay. Pitches very tight, unless you take the slightly more expensive pitches (about 6 euros difference per pitch and night - if free) The small pitches are for caravans and motorhomes from 6 meters only with very large maneuvering effort to drive. These pitches are not suitable for vehicles over 7 meters. In May (Whitsun vacation in some federal states) there were almost only families with toddlers and children up to about 12 years old. Therefore suitable for families, for campers who can't stand the noise of children this site is unsuitable. We have raised 4 children ourselves and therefore did not find the children's noise disturbing. Conclusion: If the owners of the campsite would invest in employing cleaning staff, this site could be rated 4-5 stars.
