The reception was nice and uncomplicated. The site is practically in a forest, the whole site is surrounded by old trees. I was allocated a nice pitch. Of course, you can forget about satellite reception as the trees are very tall and dense.... Even the supposedly open pitches have no reception. WLan near the service buildings is ok.
So far so good. But the service buildings are getting a bit long in the tooth. Incomprehensible: Many toilets were marked "Defective". Either they were closed to save money or they were really broken. Then you just ask yourself: why weren't they repaired over the winter?
So for the price, I expect a bit more.
For dog owners like us, the site is very nice, as there are a number of walking paths starting right at the site.
There are also playgrounds for children. The beach, well, part of it is ok with a jetty. But some areas are used more for dumping garbage or building materials. Not so nice. There are plenty of sanitary facilities, which are cleaned three times a day. Everything is therefore very clean even when the campsite is busy.
Pitches are available at different distances from the water. If you like it quieter, you can choose a pitch... further away. Nevertheless, the distances to the sanitary blocks are not too far.
Fresh bread rolls are available every day at the kiosk. There is also a bistro.
There are plenty of activities for the kids, including go-kart hire, a trampoline and a football pitch. Of course there is also a mini golf course.

Unfortunately, it sometimes smelled a bit like latrines.
In general, the site offers sunny and shaded pitches. Each pitch has its own electricity connection.
The sanitary facilities are simple but very clean.
The staff were very... friendly and helpful.
There are many excursion destinations in the area for hiking and cycling.
At our time the campsite was only sparsely occupied, so it was very quiet and relaxing. In terms of price, the site was the most expensive on our entire tour of Sweden. We would have expected a little more for that. Overall, the... site is certainly great, there are lots of leisure activities, a beautiful location and objectively little that could be criticized. But the bottom line is that it was simply too expensive for us.Automatiskt översatt.- Berth W.July 2015PositivaLugnt, skönt men med det mesta av affärer och evenemang inom räckhåll.NegativaSe över planen för campingplatserna och se till att istället minska ett antal och få dom tillräckligt stora och åtkomliga.Härligt!Tyvärr så blev vi anvisade en plats som skulle vara stor nog till vår vagn, men det fanns inte en chans att få in vagnen där och möjlighet till förtält var bara att glömma. Sedan testade vi ytterligare ett förslag, men det var lika illa. På tredje försöket gick det bättre och vi stannade härliga 10 dygn.... För oss med hundar är det perfekt med närheten till skogen och dess långa stigar. Närheten till Torekov by samt möjligheten att åka över till hallands väderö är ett klart plus. Krabbfisket ett annat. Om det är evenemang i båstad så tar det tid att komma igenom, men det går att komma runt på andra vägar. Glöm inte heller ett besök på Hovs Hallar, dessa fantastiska klippformationer.

They should be better maintained for a 4-star campsite. Perhaps also more modern. There is a card system for hot water. That doesn't have to be on such an expensive site. It's totally inconvenient for the guest. WLAN... costs money, but is available everywhere. The beach could be better maintained, but this is not the responsibility of the campsite. Please note: there are no cash machines nearby. Only in Bastad, which you can't reach on foot. Positive: The site is in a great location. Great for hiking. Dog friendly. Top staff. Close to the sandy beach with bathing spots. The beach in front of the campsite was not very well maintained.
