Gravelled area with wooden benches and table. Outdoor washing facilities for dishes. In addition to two toilets and a shower, the service building also has a dishwashing sink, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Souvenirs and the... self-produced hiking and MTB guide are also available in the service house and can be purchased.
The barbecue hut can be used and many an evening ends very comfortably.

There is also a great playground for the children and various hiking and mountain bike trails. The service building is very clean and consists of 2 toilets. One of them also houses the shower. There is also a small souvenir corner and... a kitchenette.
There is also the possibility to wash up in the open air and several groups of tables at the pitches.

Insider tip!We stayed here for one night just passing through. We came across the site through this portal and were curious to see if it was true because of the consistently positive reviews. What can we say: it's true! We received a super friendly welcome from the German owners, who also come from the same region... as we do. The site is in the middle of the forest, very quiet. However, the approach is a bit of an adventure on unpaved roads. Make sure you follow the signs! We came from the north on the E45. Turn right before a bridge and follow the signs. Our satnav would have taken us all the way around, which would have taken around 35 minutes longer. There are only about 10 spaces for caravans/motorhomes, but the area is large enough. The pitches are gravelled and level, situated on the edge with the forest behind them. You can't really call them sanitary buildings here, because the bathroom far exceeds what most people probably have at home. Here you feel more at home with friends than on a campsite. Absolutely top!!! Walking paths lead directly from the campsite into the forest, making it ideal for our four-legged friends. You can hire mountain bikes on site. There is a nice playground and great vacation homes (not the small huts you usually find on campsites). Wifi is available (costs SEK 20 for 100Mb or SEK 40 for 1GB depending on data volume), is also reasonably fast but weak. Cell phone reception rather poor, you can forget about SAT. A new, absolutely great place for people who want peace and nature. On the downside, it should perhaps be mentioned that shopping facilities are rather far away and you shouldn't forget a mosquito repellent. The campsite sells its own products (jams, meat, bread rolls). So if we are in the area again, we will definitely come back here. You can feel in every corner that this is a small family-run business, where the emphasis is on individual quality at a high level and not loveless mass production.Automatiskt översatt.- Sascha M.July 2017PositivaNature - PureNegativathere is noA haven of peaceA stopover on the way back from Jokkmokk. At first I was a little confused as to whether the satnav had given me the wrong directions - but nope - absolutely right. An oasis of peace in the middle of the fells. There are gravelled areas with electricity available for camper vans and motorhomes. Stuga's... may be available for North Cape cyclists (inquiries). A barbecue hut is available. After sitting for a long time, the approx. 45-minute circular hiking trail around the Berghof invites you. There are also many other destinations in the immediate vicinity that invite you to go hiking. Simply a beautiful place. My second visit was to Stuga Freja in February 2018. Definitely worth a visit, even in winter (which was sensational with just over a meter of snow).Automatiskt översatt.

There are many opportunities to experience nature here - whether it's hiking, climbing the Hundshögen or exploring the area by bike. A short summer stay with the WOMO and two winter stays in 2015 and 2017 in a KABE WOWA convinced us to drive approx. 1650 km. Ideal for ski hikers with dogs in absolute peace and quiet. 16 A power columns enable silent heating with an ALDE heater. Gas, which is very expensive in Sweden, was only needed for cooking. Supply and disposal, as well as electricity is available and clean. Ideal for long and short hikes. There is a barbecue hut for cozy evenings by the fire. The owners are very friendly. They speak German and are always helpful with tour planning. There... is a bread roll service and you can buy postcards and souvenirs in the store. The huts are very comfortable and cozy.
