Well located staging area on the highway. Very noisy at night due to the toll booth next to it.
The always grumpy groundsman is friendly and helpful (so appearances are deceptive). Sanitary facilities are getting on in years, but clean. Bread and rolls on site to order. A very good restaurant right next door.

Sanitary.... and that's one of the most important things for me, but I'm really boycotting the toilets here. Fortunately, I can't stay here for more than one night.

Ideal place to stay overnight and for city visits
The site actually offers everything you need as a "traveling" camp: snack bar with bread service and even breakfast and of course drinks, 2 restaurants within walking distance, one of which is very good. The sanitary facilities are adequate and well cleaned and maintained. The pitches are functional. Perhaps a little sparse and basic for longer "vacations".

Very expensive! 2 pers with tent 30€, but very high noise level, as located directly on the highway. Sanitary facilities are reminiscent of station toilets (very outdated, looks clean but smells). There is a kiosk on site. The espresso only costs 1€. In addition, extremely many mosquitoes. Overall not recommended.

The site is located directly on the autostrada/toll booth and is only recommended for one night. The sanitary facilities and friendliness are worth * star. Every normal rest stop is better (free wifi, toilets, showers, food) and you save the 30-34€. UNBELIEVABLE in the land of Armani, Maserati, Gucci...

Car breakdown
We had a car breakdown on the highway and had to take the exit at the campsite. The manager was very, very unfriendly and threatened to have our car towed away and scrapped at our expense just because it was parked at the entrance for 3/4 hours waiting for the towing service. The rest of the "camping" was a disaster. Never never never again!

Imposition. Never again!
The place was ugly, with an adjacent garbage dump and highway, the sanitary facilities were desolate and unkempt, the reception was initially unmanned and then unfriendly, a bunch of truckers sat outside, were entertained and made noise until late at night, dogs ran around freely and barked all night.... We arrived at 11:30 pm, only needed space for a car with 2 adults and left again at 6:30 am, and were charged 31.50 euros for this. In comparison: our next pitch cost 14.50 euros, was of better quality and was in a much nicer location. Oh yes, and the promised hot water was not included either.

an imposition
We stayed at this campsite on May 20, 2014 on our way to Rome. It is located directly at the toll station of the highway and the feeder roads. It would be ideal for an overnight stay (even if it is very noisy!!). We wanted to stay a few days to visit Modena (well worth seeing) and the surrounding area.... But we drove on the next day, frustrated. The location didn't bother us. If you choose a place in the immediate vicinity of highways and feeder roads, you have to and can live with the noise. However, the toilets and showers and their condition were an imposition. It didn't bother us that they were very, very old and in a dilapidated state. But this didn't break the camel's back. The sanitary facilities were dirty and unkempt. At the same time there was a group of caravan campers from Ireland with family and children (about 10 caravans) on the site, who stayed there for a long time. No matter what time you came to the toilets and showers, they were dirty and unkempt. This assessment was shared by 4 couples from Austria, the Netherlands and Germany who stayed with us at the same time. We can't comment on the swimming pool as we weren't there. Worst campsite we have ever stayed on. Miserable manager who grunts. No information supplied on surrounding area or how to get to Modena. Terrible mosquito problems, we were bitten to death within 5 minutes. Far too expensive, 35 euros for a rubbish noisy pitch. Dont stay here, you will regret it.

Definitely only suitable for people in transit or a bike ride into Modena, it has nothing else to commend it. Expensive even down to the bread in the morning. Unkempt pitches, noisy from motorway, miserable owner/ manager. No western toilets unless you go in the disabled. Nice swimming pool though.

Positive: Located directly on the highway exit. The facility makes a well-kept impression. negative: Sanitary facilities outdated and there are only standing toilets. The price, for an overnight stay 2 persons in May over 30€, overpriced (rip-off). There are better alternatives.

We arrived here after visiting the Ferrari Museum. We left our motorhome for no more than 5 minutes to book in and in that time my Wife and I both got bitten by Mosquitos, hence we barely left the vehicle after that. Grossly overpriced, basic facilities, very noisy. We would have moved on but it was... too late in the evening, haven't given any stars because they don't deserve any. I'd have to recommend go elsewhere, avoid the mozzies and the charm school drop out at reception.

Very noisy campsite, situated between an on-ramp to the motorway and the tollbooth (on the lorry side). Nauseating chemical deposits and mosquitoes complete the picture. Don't order pizza - it's inedible. In conclusion: avoid this campsite!

We used the place to stay overnight on the way home from Rimini... The place is right on the highway, relatively noisy, the toilets and showers were pretty dirty and old... Very suitable as a tansit place, because you are right back on the highway :)

The place is located directly at the toll station, therefore very loud all day. Sanitary facilities very old and not particularly clean. Bread rolls etc. can be ordered in advance on site. Just about suitable as a transit site, but would recommend the site in Bologna.

Only suitable as an overnight stay for 1 night as very noisy. Sanitary facilities were OK and clean, but only the typical Italian standing toilets. For Wowa, car 2 adults and 1 toddler we paid 37 euros for one night. Cold drinks at the bar are very expensive, coffee etc. still cheap. Panini can be ordered in advance in the evening. Approx. 15km to Maranello to Ferrari ;-)

Site is surrounded by highways and is affected by the noise. It is the only campsite near Modena so we decided to stay for one night.

The site is right next to the highway toll booth, so it's noisy (not possible without Oropax!). There is a small bar on site, but the swimming pool is great. Sanitary well - could be cleaner. For transit travelers ok, for longer due to the noise impossible For 2 adults 1 child and caravan 40 euros is steep
