- Ines H.August 2018PositivaWide range of leisure activities, great beachNegativaSanitary facilitiesLarge campsite right by the seaThe campsite is ideal for families, as there is plenty on offer for children and young people. The campsite itself has a large supermarket, several small stores, restaurants and much more. As it is always said that Sweden is very expensive, we took almost all the food with us from Germany. This would... not have been necessary under any circumstances. We didn't find the prices overpriced, even for a campsite supermarket. The unisex sanitary facilities were unfortunately very dirty at all times and the showers are paid for per use with the camping card provided. The campsite is very large, so a bicycle is an advantage. The long, wide beach is clean and you have enough space to sunbathe at any time of day. Unfortunately, we would not come back again because of the sanitary facilities.Automatiskt översatt.
- Daniela O.August 2017PositivaDream location Hammer beach Many leisure activities from the campsite in high season Hiking, cycling, swimming, walking from the campsiteNegativaCleanliness of the sanitary facilitiesGreat campsite with lots of leisure activitiesThe campsite is located directly on a stunning sandy beach. In the high season there are many leisure activities on the site, but even in the low season you can go hiking, cycling, swimming and of course long walks on the beach from the site. Points are deducted for the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities, which were not cleaned even when requested and were constantly dirty.Automatiskt översatt.
- René S.August 2017PositivaOwn resort without having to leave the site, free WLAN, friendly staffBöda Sand Resort - Club vacation in SwedenBöda Sand Resort is considered the largest campsite in Sweden! We didn't know that when we selected the nearest campsite on the list in the navigation system. As soon as you enter, you get a wristband and you think you're on an all-inclusive club vacation in the south! The impression is reinforced when... you walk through the narrow forest to the incredibly beautiful sandy beach, which stretches for around 20 km along the Baltic Sea. The resort is not called that for nothing. There is an on-site ICA supermarket, a hairdresser, a bakery with a café, several restaurants, a 9-hole golf course, fitness trails, open-air stages, a few small stores for shopping and even a small water park including spa treatments and more! The Wi-Fi is now included in the price and in our opinion it was quite reasonable for what was on offer (one week before the end of the high season). Depending on where you place yourself, you can even find quiet spots on the pitch. There is a more or less large wash house per area with partly unisex toilets but separate shower areas (5 crowns/4 minutes per smart card charged at check-out). The cleanliness was okay during our visit, even if there was sand and the like in the toilets from time to time. But this is probably also due to the location and the campers present. The pitches are large enough, all have electricity and are mostly at ground level! For us, this was THE site we went to during our vacation in Sweden... Coincidences do happen!Automatiskt översatt.
- Müller T.July 2017PositivaWonderfully beautiful beach (water approx. 16 degrees)NegativaAccording toWonderfully beautiful beach but.... very dirty around midday. It's a shame that so much garbage is simply left on the beach. Otherwise a nice campsite but very noisy - even after the official night's rest. The water park (costs extra) is clean and beautiful. For us Central Europeans, however, the water temperature of around 22 degrees is a little low (air temperature around 25 degrees).Automatiskt översatt.
- Ulrich N.August 2016PositivaLarge space with fairly complete peripherals.NegativaW-Lan with costsProfessional spaceWere here after the end of the Swedish vacation. Site only partially open, various pitches already closed. For children there is pretty much everything, if you are looking for peace and quiet, better off-season. Pitches ok. Site is recommended for couples in the off-season.Automatiskt översatt.
- Thomas G.July 2016PositivaBeautiful beachNegativaPoor sanitary facilities and pollution.Overcrowded and dirty.Completely overcrowded campsite. Too few toilets and showers. Everything unkempt and dirty. Long distances. No free WLAN although this is advertised on the homepage. Everything costs extra. Really not a place to feel comfortable.Automatiskt översatt.
- jan m.August 2015PositivaGreat beach Sanitary always top.NegativaNoneSuper campsiteWe stayed at the campsite in the last week of August. The site is right on the Baltic Sea. The beaches are wide and clean. Toilets and showers were always clean.Automatiskt översatt.
- Maik L.August 2015Super vacationStayed in the first week of the off-season (3rd week of August). Place is great, lots of leisure activities. Clean sanitary facilities. What we really liked were the open kitchen buildings where you can meet up in the evening and have a drink after cooking. The site is ideal for children, not only because of the proximity to the beach (approx. 200m directly behind the dunes). We will be back!!!!Automatiskt översatt.
- Norbert S.July 2014PositivaGreat location, fully equipped with all facilities, friendly staff, surprisingly quiet for this size (1200 pitches).NegativaSanitary facilities are getting on in years, waiting times at peak times. That's all there is to it!TOP location... anytime againSweden's largest campsite, almost exclusively Swedish visitors, stretched out behind dunes, all facilities available, including a small shopping street with a large food market, boutiques, café, restaurants and even a hairdresser. Large playground for children, after beach party and show program in the... evening. Nevertheless, many quiet corners, although (almost) all places were fully occupied. Fantastic, kilometer-long, wide sandy beach that slopes gently into the water and is therefore well suited for children. Very friendly staff, but the sanitary facilities were clean but not sufficient at peak times, so there were waiting times. Rounded up to 5 stars with a slight "eye squeeze" because everything else was top.Automatiskt översatt.
- Peter S.August 2013We only visited the site. 120 Skr for a day's use of the outdoor pool (approx. 15 € at the current exchange rate) was a bit too steep for us.Automatiskt översatt.
- Cornelia R.July 2012Huge campsite - this is really true here (1200 pitches), therefore noisy and sometimes unclean. Entertainment of all kinds is provided, but unsuitable for those seeking peace and quiet.Automatiskt översatt.
