"A secluded campsite in a rural setting. - DCU Camping Kulhuse is a very cozy and well-organized campsite. The infrastructure is good and it is clean both indoors and outdoors. The hosts are both friendly and welcoming. They also seem very dedicated to their work. The site is recommended to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

" - A lovely site with very welcoming staff. However, it is a DCU site, so customers are not welcome between 12-14! Hint: Take the ferry to Sølager and walk to Hundested.

Peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings At the tip of Hornsherred you will find a beautiful place with peace and quiet in the middle of a particularly scenic area. The sandy beach is only a stone's throw away and invites …you to play in the water and stroll along the water's edge. Forest paths and castle garden The Nordskoven with the country's oldest oak tree, Kongeegen, and lots of marked trails are close to the square. You can also visit the nearby Jægerspris Castle and explore the castle park. Go to Kulhuse camping near Hundested and Frederikssund The small ferry from Kulhuse to Sølager takes just five minutes, so you are quickly in Hundested, where you can experience the harbor with its small shops, mini golf and fine restaurants. Camping at Hundested offers plenty of opportunities to experience nature out to both Isefjord, Roskilde Fjord and Kattegat a little to the north. When you are camping in Hundested, there are also many other attractions and sights close by. Frederikssund a little to the south offers a cozy pedestrian street and the colorful art museum J.F. Willumsens with lots of "wild" art experiences. Camping near Frederikssund is wonderful for young and old.
