Miles of cycling and walking routes, excellent fishing, wildlife watching, a 1,000 acre country park and a riverside pub are right here on your doorstep. If history’s your thing the fascinating Hatfield House and Knebworth House are also nearby, as are the market towns of Hoddesdon, Ware and Hertford. Broxbourne train station, which takes you to London Liverpool Street, is a 10 minute drive, short bus ride or a pleasant half hour walk through lovely countryside or riverside paths.
