- Martin R.June 2024PositivaThe bus line 21 directly at the square with frequent trips is ideal. There happened to be a friendly lady on arrival who gave us explanations. Normally everything runs automatically (self-declaration) up to the cash insertion in the mailbox. The pitch is easy to drive on even in rainy weather, supply and disposal are optimal. The sanitary facilities are well maintained.NegativaAll garbage containers were already overflowing on arrival (Friday); waste separation is a foreign concept. The baker does not come daily, but, according to a notice, only Mon-Fri 08:45 - 09:00. Then you can buy baked goods at high prices. The time is too late for someone who wants to be out and about a lot.Location, cleanliness and space TOPA pitch cannot be compared with a campsite, of course! But you should bear in mind that there are no shopping facilities nearby. The Jägerwirt restaurant opposite was unfortunately closed on Sat+Sun. Every now and then a farmer comes to the site to sell cheese and sausages.Automatiskt översatt.
- Pa H.May 2024PositivaYou have to search for a long time to find something that can be considered an advantage, most likely the fact that the sanitary facilities are heated. There are vending machines for drinksNegativaNo reception No card payment Fecal odor in the men's sanitary area Outdated shower curtains Limescale on shower fittings narrow parking spacesFar from "premium"The site advertises itself as a "premium parking space"
Obviously in order to maximize profits, staff has been cut and the reception closed.
Instead, campers have to register themselves by taking a plastic envelope, which is placed in a basket near the original reception. You then fill in the length... of stay, number of people, pet, license plate number etc. by hand.
There is only one rate: €30 per night for 2 people. Electricity included whether you want/need it or not.
There is also an overnight stay tax from the city of Salzburg, €1.75 per person per day.
On departure, you put your money and a note in your bag and put it in a letterbox at reception. Card payment is therefore not possible.
The sanitary facilities are heated and clean, but there is a constant smell of faeces in the air, at least in the men's area. The plastic shower curtains must have been new before Corona and the chrome of the shower fittings is protected by a thick layer of limescale.
The rather neglected and unkempt-looking "groundskeeper" quickly locks himself in the reception building with his shepherd dog as soon as a camper approaches with questions, not without an unfriendly "everything is written on the note on the door".
The pitches are supposed to be 10x5 meters: "comfort pitch", in fact there is just enough space for the vehicle and 2 chairs in front of it. Viewed slightly from above, the mass of campers resembles a kind of battery of eggs, with vehicle after vehicle so close together. If campers were chickens, animal welfare would surely have already taken action.
Supply and disposal are 08/15 standard, waste is disposed of separately, the number of waste garbage cans seems too small, during our stay several were already overflowing.
We campers are painless, otherwise such facilities would not be overcrowded and "highly" ratedAutomatiskt översatt. - Reinhold H.September 2023PositivaVery well located for visiting Salzburg, optimal price - performance, very friendly staffNegativaNoneReiniAn ideal, quiet motorhome site with everything you need, clean sanitary facilities / showers.

- Matthias B.November 2022PositivaSpacious, good sanitary facilitiesNegativaThe exit from the highway to the access road is a bit adventurous.Great parking space for sightseeingWe spent two nights here for sightseeing. Good pitch with clean sanitary facilities. There is a bus stop directly in front of the pitch, line 21, which takes you to the city center in 20 minutes. I recommend a 24-hour ticket for €6 per person, so we could also travel on to Hellbrunn Palace. The Christmas market at the palace is a must during the Advent season. Nice and helpful operators of the parking lot.Automatiskt översatt.

- Jürgen Ö.July 2020PositivaThe infrastructure of the campsite is almost optimal, everything is available and included in the price, no hidden extra costs. Price - performance almost optimalNegativaActually everything is included, except W-LAN. You should think about whether it makes sense to include this in the price as well, as the one or other €uro won't matter.Top parking spaceTop parking space. Bus stop directly in front of the pitch. Unfortunately, the pitch is often only used as an emergency pitch for one night, which other users notice in the sanitary facilities. In addition, it is never really quiet due to the nearby highway and railroad line. Wi-Fi costs 2 euros per day and unfortunately doesn't work perfectly!Automatiskt översatt.
