She also immediately offered us a few other pitches than the one we had reserved, as it had rained a lot and we didn't want to stay on a grass pitch. Overall a very nice campsite, the location on the lake was great, the sanitary facilities are... top notch and very clean.
Also in the restaurant, which belongs to the campsite,
we ate there 2 times which was very good.
Overall, this campsite is highly recommended
and when the weather is nice, unfortunately we only had rain,
you can certainly enjoy it very much and also do a lot by bike or hiking.

Everything is just right here.After spending two days at the campsite at the beginning of September on our way south, we decided to spend a whole week there at the beginning of October. Unfortunately, we arrived there with extreme wheel bearing damage to the caravan. The help and compassion of the reception staff and the manager... of the campsite were simply fantastic. We were helped wherever possible. Also praise to Caravan Falle in Villach. They also did everything they could to get our caravan back on the road. I can recommend Caravan Falle to anyone who needs help. We will definitely plan another vacation at See Camping Berghof in the future. Our pitch was great, right by the lake and close to the sanitary facilities.
If you forgot something, no problem.
There was a small supermarket on site.
Mountain bikes or even a rental car could easily be booked at reception.
There is a direct boat landing... stage where you can go on excursions (e.g. mountain railroads).
Our boys could play mini golf, and other sports such as soccer and basketball are also possible.
In short, we wanted for NOTHING.

However, the bad weather made this impossible. The site is very well laid out, but unfortunately very noisy and disturbing due to the local road and traffic. (Better to take a pitch a little further away from it). We had been looking forward... to the already well-known very good Carinthian cuisine and were very disappointed. Unfortunately, there has probably been a change of tenant with a limited menu (a bit fast food-like), which we did not like and was overpriced.
The welcome at reception and the friendly staff in the market were very positive, as was the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities.

A climbing aid would be appropriate here every few meters. The driveway is partly so high that you touch the ground with your car or caravan when arriving and departing.Were there for the 3rd time now, overall good again this time with some criticismThis was our 3rd time there, the first two times everything was perfect but this time we had no satellite reception. We complained and a groundsman was sent who supposedly measured but the connection was ok. After I tried everything again, I was told at reception that it was due to my settings because... a camper had the same problem and he had changed something. I complained again and said that I had done a complete reset again, then they blamed it on the weather because it had rained a little harder before but when I tried it was only cloudy and they didn't respond to the complaint again. I then provisionally attached my own satellite dish to the drawbar and lo and behold it worked, so it was their connection, which they didn't admit until the end and didn't do anything to fix the problem, too bad we weren't so happy this time. I hope that the other neighbor who had the same problem but wanted to stay for 3 weeks will behave differently.Automatiskt översatt.
