However, without our consent, two campers were placed next to our safari tent with children who, despite requests from us and the neighbor, behaved very loudly and could not stop playing football directly in... front of our camping accommodation.
Unfortunately, we were therefore unable to enjoy the spacious veranda that invited us to relax and unwind.
According to the site plan, campers are not allowed next to or in front of the safari tents.

On the other side of the hedge is a public barbecue area where loud music is constantly playing and the party really gets going on Fridays and Saturdays.
I think it's a shame the campsite doesn't do anything about it!

But: Our pitch was more like a swamp, no grass at all. As a result, our shoes (and... the inside of the car) were paved over after a short time. The external sanitary facilities were not heated and therefore unpleasantly cool in the current temperatures. First of all, we would like to thank you for your visit and for taking the time to give us this detailed and constructive feedback. We are of course also pleased to hear that you generally enjoyed your stay with us and that you were able to enjoy the location and the restaurant.
However,... we are also sorry that your pitch no longer had the best quality grass. Especially at the end of the high season and depending on the weather, this can unfortunately happen. We will definitely use the quieter days to get everything back to the way it should be.
We also apologize for the inconvenience with the sanitary facilities. We will gladly take up this point with us.
As the positive points outweigh the negative ones, we would be very happy to have a second chance, of course again in warmer temperatures.

The campsite, on the banks of the Aare, has a boat harbour and a swimming pool. Those who are looking to get out can embark on a bicycle trail that begins right in the camp. We look forward to seeing you again when you are back in Solothurn.

It's true, we are always in season! We are also well equipped for the cooler days and can warmly recommend an overnight stay in a... pod or nostalgia caravan. With lots of attention to detail and all the comforts, there's certainly no chance of boredom even on rainy days.
