Sanitary clean and sufficient/ water always hot.

Unfortunately, rental bathrooms are not cleaned, we were on the pitch for 10 days, unfortunately the rental bathroom was not cleaned. We have never experienced this before, but a broom and mop were stored in the bathroom. The unpaved paths are sometimes heavily flooded when it rains.

The gravel lawn (not on the tent meadow) makes it almost impossible to get a peg into the ground. But you can borrow a hammer drill from reception. Barrier times are not adhered to. You can actually drive in and out at any time

No public waste bin on the site, hot water only after 7am and until 8pm...after that it's a matter of luck...not really close to the beach, not recommended for dog owners

The only advantage I saw was the restaurant on site.

Poor to no service at all. Massages etc. are only for advertising purposes we received an appointment for a 14 day stay and that in the low season.

The size of the plots was fine.

Unfriendly service on the phone

The campsite is just great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The pitches are huge and very clean. The sanitary facilities were always clean and you have your own shower cubicle with washbasin. The toilet is also designed so that you don't notice anything from next door. At the most, there might be a camper who can't read and goes into the showers with street shoes. I find that impossible. After each departure, the groundsman drives through and mows the lawn and collects the large stones by hand. We received a friendly welcome at reception and were allowed to use the pitch we had booked at lunchtime. We could have got another one without any problems because sanitary block 5 had just been re-tiled. The departure was also very quick, everyone was very friendly. We will be back again. We've been there before and everything went really well.

That dog owners simply let their dogs poop and pee in the tent meadow despite the ban. When you say something to them, they look at you like a UFO!!! Maybe we should set up a section of the campsite just for dog owners.

The site has large pitches with water, waste water and electricity connections. The steakhouse on site is reasonably priced and has excellent food. The site and the sanitary facilities are modern and clean. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

At this time, wash house 5 was closed for renovation.

Predominantly very level pitches. No problems with puddles or mud in constant rain. Sufficient sanitary facilities and very clean.

OK, the extremely hard ground here is legendary... so legendary that percussion drills can be hired out at reception. But no problem, you can get proper rock pegs into the ground with a good hammer. No chance with normal cheap parts. There is also only one chemical disposal station, but it is easy and quick to reach. So that's no problem either.

Pitch size and facilities good. Beach 500 m away, you have to consider! Shopping similarly far. Neutral.

For each parcel received, €1 is charged at check-in. Cheeky. When I complained, I was told that I could wait for the delivery person. When I asked when he always comes, he shrugged his shoulders. We had to receive several parcels for health reasons. Overall, the reception staff are very unfriendly with only one small exception, when a parcel was brought to the door for my 100% disabled wife. Other staff were friendlier.

The Sani-haus is really cool

Partly warm water (showers and washing up) small pitches, everyone laughs about the pitches, very very stony ground, dog beach very far away, dog waste bags were not filled, swimming pool not easy to use (go there and) hope that you can get in, no appointments are made. Chgemie disposal is sometimes very disgusting !!!

Words cannot describe how disappointed we are with this campsite. Starting with the fact that we were told that there was a large parking lot for cars and caravans in front of the test center. The parking lot was large, yes, but it was absolutely impossible to stand there with a caravan. There were very long waiting times at the test center, despite the online appointment. On arrival, you are then charged €15 if you want to get to the empty pitch earlier than 14:00. The pitch itself was pure horror. No proper roads, dust in warm weather and mud in the rain. Pitches far too narrow. You pay 5€ per day and person for sauna, fitness and swimming pool. Wifi should cost 4€ a day for only 1 GB internet. The wash houses were not cleaned once in the three days we were there. Showers and sinks are in short supply, there are queues everywhere. There is only one chemical toilet on the whole site, so if you are unlucky you have to walk all over the site with your excrement. The beach is relatively close, but you have to walk around the whole campsite to reach it. Spontaneous walks or a quick dip in the Baltic Sea are therefore not possible. For cable TV you need an extra cable, which you have to rent at the reception for 0.50 cents per day. It is not possible to set up a satellite dish as the many trees block the view of the sky. Said trees make it difficult to eat outside. But not only that, a plague of mosquitoes, like in the worst nightmare. After a few hours, despite wearing long clothes, you are bitten from top to bottom. No mosquito repellent helps. After one day, we were so stung (100 bites and more) that we had to go to the doctor due to a severe allergic reaction. Our circulation was totally broken down because more and more mosquito bites kept coming and after three days we finally decided to leave early for health reasons. At the checkout, the much complained about unfriendliness of the staff became apparent. They showed absolutely no understanding for our situation and charged us for the 13 days we had actually booked for such an overpriced place. As a result, we couldn't even move to another pitch and the whole family is sad. Giving this campsite 5 stars is incomprehensible. And we strongly advise against going to this campsite. This campsite is one thing: very expensive, but nothing more.
